Entered this store with my friend at about 3: 15 PM today. We were simply walking our scooters into the store, looking to buy a backpack. However, with no provocation whatsoever, a lady rudely yelled over the counter saying “No, you guys can’t be in here. ” To which I replied with, “Why not? ” and then “Can we leave them with you for a moment then? ” We were then told “No, we can’t be responsible for them, ” leaving us with no ultimatum but to leave the store. Luckily, this individuals shift must have finished, as she walked out saying bye to her colleagues, without making eye contact with myself. At this point, my friend was in the store trying to pick a bag whilst I was standing out the front. After she had left, I approached Olivia at the counter to which she was very understanding of my concern, and allowed us to leave our scooters at the counter momentarily, if Rebel were not happy with us walking them throughout the store. I am usually very happy and impressed with the service I receive here, however, on this occasion I was highly disappointed.

I went in with my mum and dad to try on and buy a pair of netball shoes. I was standing at the shoe section for 20 minute with my mum and an employee was standing right next to us talking to another employee; listening to them they clearly were not doing any work. Despite no one else being in the store, I was offered no help by either or the two employees and was left standing there. We left the store after 25 minutes of no help and we will be buying shoes elsewhere.

Pretty disappointed as many things that I wanted were out of stock; however, the ladies went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience.

In a very unpleasant shopping experience, two people at the front desk, who thought they were locals, whispered, a look of contempt. Just because I went to return it

I love rebel point cook town center. I dunked on all the 10 foot rims, low diff. Please stock 15 foots next.

We always shop at our local rebel store.great range of men's apparel, not so great on the women's range.

Not enough sizes for for men with a little bit of belly. Good choice of tongs. Comfortanle changing rooms.

Worst experience.
Bought shoes for my little daughter a while back from this store but went back to return them due to her change of mind. Never opened the box at home all this time but the store manager wouldn't listen at all and was so adamant in her belief that the shoes were worn outside. Really? Still with the labels and all the stickers on?
Nevertheless, I still got them returned at another Rebel store but it was really important to post this so the manager should know to trust a genuine customer who has come back to return a product.

Honestly, the staff there are awesome, they are nice and friendly and helpful as well. The bicycle gloves from there are quite good for $20.

Great service I ordered stuff for click and collect and the next day I I got a notification that my order is ready for pick up. Very quick thank you for the great service

Good sporting items, but the variety of shoes are limited and Basketball apparel are never on special. But I bought a great Garmin smart watch here.

Great customer service! Really fast in assisting and this lovely employee I think her name was Chelsea helped me refund the item and find another one from another store. She even called the other store for me and saved it. Awesome job!

It was one of my worst experience
, I picked up my shoes then went to my house to check the size which was a little off so within 15 min I came back to ask for an exchange and they refused it saying I have worn them outside. That’s within the 15 min timeframe. How is it possible and the store manager refused it. The customer service hasn’t replied yet.

I been to many other rebel sports stores but staff and store manager of this one is the best. Highly professional and have customer experience, i had issue with paypal refund that was tricky and even support could not help but their staff got it sorted for me. Highly recommended

Nice store, friendly staff, adequate stuff, pricing is a little steep, they can run fortnightly sale on some fast moving sport goods, that will increase footfall and make stuff fly from shelves. I am a member of their loyalty program as well.

Click and collet the item. Back home and open the box.
Item was faulty.
I showed them and they agreed. Ask them for refund but they don't want to. Don't know why.
They recommend me get spare part and fix it.
I bought brand new i dont want to fix second hand
so, dont want to fix it. So, i rang customer service team. They told me 100% refund. No problem.
One of staff had chat with customer service team however, after phone call she don't want to refund it because it's bulky item.
It's no matter bulky or small.
It's faulty item you must refund money idiot.

Unfortunatly i recieved really bad customer service at this store more than once. Always to busy to help. No go security devices left on for the second time. And not friendly at all. Werribee is so much better.

I went to rebel at point cook yesterday and it was my first time there and I will certainly come back all the time. The team member Chelsea was helping me and she had so much knowledge and was so patient with me as my English isn’t that strong. She went above and beyond to make sure satisfied. 5 star! A+
