This store is much smaller compared to other Rebel stores, not much varieties in stock. On the other hand, the customer services are horrendous. Staffs are rude, inattentive and untrained. I believe other 5 star reviews are fake and paid for. You can try to visit once but should set your expectations to the lowest.

Came into the store yesterday and was served by a delightful young lady named Scarlett. She helped me and my grandson find the perfect pair of sneakers! Great, friendly service.

A basketball was advertised on Rebel online for $20 but was scanning up as $50, I was able to show the ad but it wasn't conclusive however Frank and his supervisor was kind enough to honour the ad. Thanks!

Rang up to see if my click and collect would be ready before closing time and the lovely gentlemen on the phone apologised for the delay (I understand these things can happen as I work in retail myself, so all good) and informed me he will process my click and collect right away. As I was leaving he asked if I wanted to try (converse) them on first but I said I know they’re the right size as I’ve ordered them before. I appreciated him making sure I wasn’t leaving with the wrong size. I don’t remember his name but just wanted to say thank you for your help and praise the customer service skills of your workers.

Terrible service, good shoes.

I was in the store looking for shoes. When I’d picked the ones I liked, I looked around for service. 2 staff were talking to each other, not looking around. I figured I’d wait until they were finished discussing what they needed, and they’d surely look around to see if anyone needed service. They were laughing and chatting, so I had to walk over to them from across the store to get their attention.

Then, I wanted to try a different pair of shoes on, and again. They were standing, they could see me, they looked straight at me holding a shoe from the rack, and yet again I had to work hard to get their attention.

It would help if they were trained to actively look around to see if anyone needed help while they weren’t busy helping another customer.

Greeted by a male staff member as "Captain" which is up there with "Champ". Just a Hi will do fine. Store is OK. Quite small.

Great customer service, Jasmine was very helpful in helping me exchange an item that was the wrong size.

Nice store and they have a lot of collects but it is a bit pricey but good quality though. They do have wide variety of collects and would recommend to people who are okay with pricey items. Loved their gym wear collection and would recommend it as well.

Haven't been their in decades and I'm not too much of a fan of the dark interior in some off the Rebel stores these days as I don't go into the city anymore. But I will say thanks for their sale of B. K. (British Knights) shoes under $50 back in Xmas 1995 though!

Great staff. Excellent selection, even though covid has reduced the range as less people are shopping in the CBD.

I picked up couple of pairs of shoes here that I bought online. Good branch and convenient location if you catch the train or tram to the city. Just a bit hidden downstairs in Melbourne Central.

Couldn't find a pair of tracksuit pants for $50 or under. Cheapest pair was $70. Was a bit disappointed.
