Worst service ever. Waited for half an hour to try on shoes. Gave up and left in the end. Staff couldn't care less and wouldn't move into help the 3 staff fitting shoes. If I was the manager I'd be putting a rocket up the staff for not been flexible and not using initiative to help out in peak periods. We weren't the only ones waiting either, lost a few sales today. And wont be going back after such terrible service.

Visited the Rebel store in Geelong to return some Asic shoes which were faulty.
I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by James and Kylie. Both these staff members need to be congratulated for their excellence in customer service.
Kylie in particular was supportive in helping my wife to chose another pair of shoes which is very much appreciated. Well done

A great store. So much larger, so there is a huge selection of items to choose from. Definitely worth a visit

Eye for detail as another male team member noticed we were looking for sth asking if we need help before we interrupt their conversation with other team member.
Good shopping experience will sure go back for our sports needs.

Went into the store today to buy some shoes for my son. We hadn’t realised that we needed to wear or provide socks to have his foot fitted.
Apparently this is a new covid rule, you cannot be fitted barefoot anymore. But you can be fitted and try on shoes and not buy them whilst wearing your own dirty, sweaty, covid spreading socks. Utterly ridiculous rule!

Staff here are just amazing. Very helpful.
Must wear a mask for entry. During Covid.

Terrible after sales support and rude staff. The originally people selling me shoes were clearly trying to sell me something they wanted, not something I did.

Too many staff members wandering around aimlessly and extremely poor customer support overall.

This is one of the better rebel stores in Geelong. A much larger selection of fitness gear, active wear and beach stuff. Staff have always been friendly and helpful

They have what you came in for with a minimum level of service. Display 'members' prices on the shelves and then charge suckers prices at the counter. Glad I don't come here more often.

Buy your Garmin watch here! Michael's customer service was outstanding. I'd already done thorough research, yet needed more advice. Michael had purchased and tried just nearly every watch in stock and knew all their pros and cons. Genuinely impressed with the customer service and great price.

It has excellent range in products, friendly staff, etc, etc. Staff are helpful and make sure you are being helped with all your needs. Not 5/5 only due to the fact I had to wait for an hour for my mate to finally decide on soccer shoes, so one might say the range and quality made it quite the decision. Great place for sportsware

Great selection of branded sports clothes. Staff are willing to help. Something or the other ia always on sale, if you can get your size. They can get busy and there is a queue outisde the change rooms. Not outlet prices but good to but when they have discounts. I mostly but stuff online and click/ collect and it works out easier.

After reading the poor reviews I was hesitant to shop here. So glad we did. Cameron helped us find the perfect goggles for our son! He gave us lots of time and great advice. Great shopping experience!

Huge variety for woman's, men's and kids of all ages. Everyone will leave feeling like a winner!
My only suggestion would be. And its not even a issue at all. Sometimes a lot of the woman's smaller size goes out of stock too soon. So it pays to be quick! Seeing extra stock on the selves would move my rating up to a 5/5. Not to worry though, the friendly staff are always happy to do the call around to check their other stores.

Everytime i go in there to buy my kids shoes they never have there size, once they did out of the last 6 times attended disappointed so will shop online.

Plenty of products here but sale items are not as cheap, Melbourne rebels is cheaper. Friendly staff but at a minimal customer check rude lack of communication skills

Loads of sport products and the best of all, the staff are always welcoming and willing to help in anything.

Very pleased with customer service and the willingness to exceed legal consumer requirments - now my #1 sports shop. Thankyou team!
