As a past rebel employee I never thought I’d be writing a review on service at this establishment, my mother came in earlier today waited 15mins in foot ware and wasn’t served. As a past employee I understand how valuable customer experience is but unfortunately for my mother it was not up to par today. I understand you guys may be short staffed but, to have someone out the back for this amount of time and not checking on customers is unfortunate.

Trying to buy shoes in the shoe dept the 2 young men working there seemed very patient and attentive but there were a lot of people waiting for help.

Waited nearly 25 minutes to get the shoes even though we new the exact size already.

The 2 young men did a great job but there are not enough staff on to help.

Very happy with my purchase of running shoes with the help of Daniel V.who knew exactly what I needed for my wider feet and was very helpful.

Waited at the 'Click and Collect' desk for five minutes without being acknowledged. Went to the regular desk and said I was there to pick up a click and collect and was told (with the type of tone that insinuated I was an idiot) that I needed to go to the click and collect desk. Rather disappointing. The rest of the customer service experience revolved around the employee attempting to use the least amount of non-essential words possible. Usually I love this, but it was a tad abrasive. Probably would consider shopping here again, however I am certainly more inclined to take myself to Waurn Ponds for the next visit.

I go to your store to buy shoes.
You have all the gender shoes mixed up.
It took me 20 minutes to see where you ha e put the basketball shoes. I found some I Iike, it took ages for them to be found. Nothing in my size.
Another pair nothing in my size, Another pair nothing in my size. I am size 11.5 not out of the ordinary. My one day off morning wasted.
I was told to come back in a few weeks.
Like I want to waste another morning.
Probably go online or try somewhere else.
It is not covid now what is your excuse.

Great customer service. Staff really attentive and helpful. Was able to find the shoes I was looking for.

I have been a frequent customer at this shop! However yesterday Costumer service was extremely Rude at the footwear department.

In here to look for Heeleys, didnt buy today but will soon. Helpful service today but not pushy.

Called the store to buy shoes for a family member who is in hospital, and was relieved to experience some exceptional customer service. From the lady who answered the phone at checkouts, to the lady who I was transferred through to in the shoe department - THANKYOU. You made a stressful time a little less stressful.

Trying to support local stores is really becoming pointless.
I came in just to buy a pair of shorts, looked around for 10minutes not a single staff member greeted me coming in or asked if I needed anything.
I had another $300 of sporting goods in mind I was also going to purchase but I'm going home to buy everything for less online because why pay extra for no customer service whatsoever.

Large store with the biggest range of clothing and shoes I've seen in a while, super friendly staff and overall great experience

Kudos to Rebel and sales assistant Lachlan for excellent customer service. Walked in the door and less than 2 mins later, was approached by sales assistant Lachlan. He was very helpful, patient, efficient and found the right walking shoes I needed. Am a member now so definitely going back.

Needed some new runners and was overwhelmed by the extensive range. Ben was incredible, so helpful and understood exactly what I wanted and needed whilst keeping in my price range. It was so refreshing to have genuine customer service in retail and certainly a rarity these days. Promote him please.

Just wanted to say amazing work from the two staff that looked after me yesterday, I believe Riley and Bridgette. I've recently broken my ankle so was getting around the store on crutches. Both staff looked after me, I was worried it was going to be a massive hassle but in the couldn't have been better.

Didnt get what we originally went for, but we did see a worker wearing something my son really wanted (mighty ducks jersey), He went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted online unfortunately didn't get the young mans name but he was is a definite credit to your business.

Waited for 15 minutes In shoe department with minimal staff. When the male staff member came free he turned and walked off. I had call him to try some shoes on.
Looked totally disinterested.
Very poor service.

Often items are unavailable so a trip to another store is sometimes necessary but their range is still excellent overall.

Excellent customer service by Kate. I would like to thank her for putting up with my husband's picky choice for shoes. You are the best and your patience level was above and beyond.

Apprehensively entered to return some faulty shoes after one short wear. Was expecting to have to go through a long process of returning to the manufacture or something. However Peter in shoes was absolutely amazing and helped me pick out a new pair of shoes that would suit my needs, as it was seen that the fault that was causing me grief was seen in other shoes of that make and model that I’ve had for years with no issue. Again really happy with the service by Peter and others today.
