Different staff were absolutely lovely on multiple occasions, and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for providing a positive and understanding experience in a stressful situation.

Great customer service. In and out in 2 minutes. Came in looking for an appropriate whistle, as I'm coaching in multiple sports this year. The employee took me there very quickly, and gave me great advice, for a fairly cheap whistle, that'll last a decent amount of time, and are used by the professional referee's in the sports!

Ok, staff must be under the pump as not a smile to be seen but otherwise, heaps to choose from, prices are fair and meeting a friend close by so suited me

I recently needed to exchange a pair of runners I ordered online that were too small. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was an easy hassle free exchange! Their Covid-19 measures in place were exceptional, one of the best I've seen in any store that I've had to visit during these strange times.

Just came here for some nike joyride shoes the staff were amazing actually gave me advice about the shoes ended up getting them i like how they don't blabber on about how good they are they just care about comfort and there customers i definitely recommend this store

A small range of products but geez their staff could learn some customer service at the cash register. It's not all about memberships and phone numbers. I watched a young man in front of me being served, who simply asked how the staff members day was going. She ignored him and was highly rude. Is it too hard to say fine thanks and how was yours?

Love shopping here for Adidas and Nike gear! Good prices with lots of specials. Staff are always willing to assist and are very helpful until you get to a check out. After spending $120.00 they wanted a $1.00 for a bag, could have thrown in the bag for free, which has ultimately cost them 5 Stars!

Lack of service, even when I mentioned to sales staff, did not respond to my complaint.i complained to management at least good service there will not be returning

Could have a bigger range of items. Not too bad, can usually get most sporting items that I need.

Looking for flat soles in a shoe for lawn bowls. Only place in Frankston that was vaguely helpful. Always busy though.

Her attention to detail, her customer service and looking after the customer rather than scooping for a sale was outstanding. Three pairs of runners later with sports shorts and top. Service was average (go ask this person in this department got ask that person 1 was on break and the other busy out the back walking up and down the store looking for help

Had an awesome experience over several weeks selecting some new runners. Had the same guy serve me each time, who really new the products and was very patient working out what as right for me including swapping the ones I’d originally purchased to the next size down. While I was there I noticed some previous model basketball boots reduced by around $200 and scored them too. Can’t speak highly enough of the knowledge and assistance.

Amazing example of customer service and satisfaction. Well done to managers, staff are really good. And great deals too.
