Quick service for click and collect, friendly but wondering why my 2 items where wrapt in an extra plastic bag? Surely a plastic free option would be available? Please Rebel look into a more environmental option. Thanks

My first visit was for click and collect where service was quick and friendly. One of the items in my package was faulty requiring calling the store and was lucky enough to have Chloe answer and help me with my concern. What an absolute legend she was. The next day I returned to the store to process a refund, exchange and click and collect which was done promptly. I'm left highly impressed with Rebel and how they manage after sale issues.

The store is in a busy part of town, the staff are good, but are pre-occupied with phones and playing with the equipment, more than being professional. I walked in and out with no offer of assistance in any format. However when the gents noticed young ladies walked in they ran to offer assistance. Oi-vay.

Spent over $200 and then they ask if I want to give them $1 for a bag. So I had to carry my large items of clothing in my arms through the Frankston Mall back to the car. You would have thought that if you spend over $100 you would get a free carry bag. Poor customer relations Rebel "Bad" Sports

The girl who helped me in the children's clothing area helped call multiple stores to find a jacket my son really wanted, then they arranged to have it delivered to me. This was in the afternoon and it arrived the next day

Much more variety than some of the smaller stores; and the prices: everything from affordable to expensive

Friendly staff, but limited rage. You'll only get the most common sports clothes and gear here, all with quite a substantial mark up. Didn't see any gear from any of the good sports like NFL, NHL, BJJ, Soccer. It's predominantly made in Bangladesh, Vietnam, China, so you might as well get it half price on AliExpress. Otherwise it's a nice little shop with a few different polyester clothing options, and it's clean.

It was an okay place. The staff were a little hard to find when i visited about a week ago.
The place was clean and was tidy.
