Very good service during lock down. Two hours click and collect. Products were also best quality

My delivery is delayed because of incompetence of AU post, it was due to arrive 10 days ago.

There are plenty other courier companies big and small, better choose any of them, AU post is garbage.

Walked in with my two son's. The lady at the front counter was helpful. However when she told me where the basketball ball shoes are my son's and I walked down. There was one person helping a gentleman she said " she'll get someone to help. Waited 30 min. She had finished serving that customer. I was still waiting. Another customer come in to the store she served them. That is when I walked put with my son's and went to the rebel near Bunnings. So much better service. WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THE FOUNTAIN GATE STORE. If I could give a 1/2 star I would.

We often shop at Rebel for our sporting needs. Friendly, helpful staff, in particular, Dylan, who has served us on several occasions.

I went there to buy snow gear, but couldn’t find anything at all. Busy place. Staff was nice and helpful.

I bought a resistance band. Kelsey was very helpful and provided fantastic customer service. She explained the various options and helped me get the right one.

Very helpful staff. Got what I wanted within minutes. The wait in line for the checkout is the only downside

Good fast service.really helpful.they didn't have stock for the shoe size i am after. But they follow up with another branch and arrange that to pick up at counter.

Store has a good range of products. Some were advertised as in stock but turns out they were out.

Lovely staff, great customer service but not much variety available for women zip through jumpers.

Dropped in to get a pair of soccor shoes for my daughter, Joshua was a great help and also pointed out if she's playing in a team she may need mouth guard and shin guards.

Good friendly service, was able to try on what I wanted to see how it fit, pretty reasonable prices.

Staff lovely. Went to rebel to purchase runners for my kids. Very under staffed. Long waits to be served. The place was a mess. But when you were served, they staff were lovely and made sure we were happy.

Big range of sports stuff although it appears the range of bikes has been cut back severely.
Staff a bit on sparse side.

Always plenty of staff on so you don’t have to wait in line to check out.

Good size store so there is a good variety of items and typically have all the stuff shown on the website.

This shop is very popular according of crowd that I saw inside of this shop when I visited that. Stuff is very useful and friendly. Prices are variable depends what product to buy. I recommend this shop to visit for other people

Walked straight in and meet a young man who pointed / showed me the different types of skates I was inquiring about. His knowledge wasn't soild but helpful in my decision on purchasing a pair of skates. In and out 10minutes tops, along with my free rebel card. 5 days out of Xmas. Cheers thumbs up

I had to go to Rebel today and due to the silly season I wasn't looking forward to it, but thankfully I was helped by Zoe who couldn't have made my shopping experience easier if she tried. Knowledgeable friendly and nothing was a problem for her. Thank you Zoe

Did not have to chase down staff, they came to us. Staff was knowledgeable and prompt to help us try on shoes.

Rebel has started to stock some decent and affordable running shoes. I've been converted back from an online shopper as their offerings are now competitive with online once you factor in delivery and being able to try on before you buy.
