Great range of sports ware and staff brilliant but being treated like slaves thanks to greedy companies

Always love placing click and collects at this rebel as they are always so accomodating, the rebel team were not able to find an item in my order but were happy to talk through with me the options I could choose from, the salesperson adiva from the online department went above and beyond and was extremely friendly and helpful

I wanted a grip for my tennis racquet and amazingly this store had them, I couldn't believe my eyes.

Went to Rebel today after not having gone for a while. I was after quite a few things and was assisted by Danielle who -let me just say- is a legend. I don't know where Rebel found her but she's a gem. Super helpful, went to dig into the back and even unpacked the newly delivered stock to get me the right size AND also waited outside the change rooms for me. She was awesome, and I was able to find everything. Super satisfied

It's big enough store, however, compared to some of the newer ones it is looking a little dated. The staff are generally friendly, but can be hard to find at times.

Absolutely loved the experience of buying badminton racquet at Rebel sports in Fountain Gate. They have a variety of sports related items ranging from Rackets, sportswear to gym equipments. I was intially in a dilemma to spend $100 on a racket however after reading reviews I realised it is worth the money. Also, a young lady who served me at the cashier was very helpful. She had a beautiful smile. Overall, I would recommend any one who wants to buy sports related items from Rebel.

I found the staff to be very helpful and polite and showed you the product that you were after which is rare these days when I go shopping.

To all the staff at Rebel fountain gate, you were all amazing yesterday.
To the guy that was helping me with finding my shoes thank you so much for not making me feel bad (I don’t remember your name) and to the customer I very rudely interrupted (I know you won’t see this) but thank you for being nice and letting me but in over you. To the managers I am truly sorry my poor toddler threw up in your store, I wanted to clean it up but everyone was so lovely trying to help me get out of the store with out braking down. Can’t thank you all enough

Bit expensive, but nice collection, varieties of brands and the staff was helpful. Can give it a try.

The last 4 times I've been in the store for kids shoes i haven't been serviced waiting 20mins then I leave

Went in looking for basketball shoes and I was helped by Jonty. He is super polite, professional and very helpful. I wasn’t able to get the shoe I wanted due to no size remaining however I was super happy with the service I received.

If you got there ask for him he is great. I highly recommend this store. The staff are great

Visited here, staff members were trying to be helpful but lacked knowledge. Checkout are very efficient.

Friendly customer customer service. Ample car parking areas out front, with easy access from parking areas. Very open and ample variety of all sporting needs and requirements.
Fully stocked with ample staff to assist with any enquiries.
I would recommend chatting with one of the helpful staff upon arrival about any sporting needs and requirements. This will definitely save you a lot time.

Not a lot of stock and there isn't really much options of sport clothing. You'd be better visiting somewhere else. Very strict with checking vax status (if that's something you care about).

It's a pitty rebel is not the store it used to be, in my opinion, mass produced & over priced.

Excellent service allowed me to exchange Christmas gift even though I couldn't find the receipt staff in shoe department very helpful in finding an alternative and register staff made the exchange without any fuss all while the store was extremely busy
