rebel Doncaster

I went to Rebel Doncaster recently to buy my nephew a birthday present, Customer Service was terrible I got served by a young lady called Emily, she ignored me and refused to help when I asked if they had a top in a different size. Wouldn't Recommend!

Has lots of sporting goods. But collecting your click and collect purchase is challenging as it is in the truck unloading area, but with the map provided and a person pointing the area out to me it was ok. The dock 10 needs a Rebel Sport sign on it. But i got what I ordered very quickly. Good work. And the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Store is looking worse than it ever has.
No stock on shelves and empty prongs anywhere.
I heard there's a new manager in store, maybe they need to go and get the old one back.

Very appreciate for effort of Jack L who has full enthusiasm and efficiency. Always have the best experience in this rebel.

There are staff a plenty to help with questions and sizing. A wide product range is present, and click and collect worked well during the lockdown times.

Worst refund experience of my life. Returned a pair of shoes in store and received a refund confirmation paper. After a few weeks i hadnt received a refund so sent an email to customer service, they didnt reply after 3 days so i went back into store. Staff said that i hadnt returned anything, so i showed them the refund confirmation paper. They said they couldnt do anything about it, that i had to contact customer service (who i had already emailed!). Called customer service who said that i needed to go back to the store. Went back to rebel, the manager (Holly?) was on break so i waited for half an hour. She said they had already refunded me and that i didnt know how to check paypal. I showed her that i hadnt received a refund. She called head office for 20 minutes and said that the finance department said they refunded me for a return made on the 8th. I had returned it on the 6th! So she went back again and finally refunded me. I literally spend 2 hours at the store, the most incompetent and unapologetic staff i've ever met. A disgrace for such a large store, if i hadnt kept that confirmation paper i would never have gotten my $160 back

I tried to do an online click and collect order several times with different payment methods, different stores, different contacts etc with no luck, it kept going to back to the cart. After spending hours on the phone and via online chat to Rebel Customer Service they were no help what so ever. They told me to refresh and if that didn't work wait 24hours (item would have sold out by then as it was MFC Merch) or to contact my bank and ask them (I tried both of my banks and definitely not that). I then called Rebel Doncaster direct and they were so helpful. They told me that the last option was to do a Bpay payment to them direct and once that cleared I can collect the item. Not sure why no one else gave me this option. Alex was very helpful, I can not praise him enough. What a Legend!

I placed an order but to realise the order has not proceed but the money has already deducted from my account. Then used zip pay and made the order and got the ready to pick up sms went there only to find out the order has been put to the Aus post delivery waited there for almost an hour and the staff was nice to repack my order for me. Thank you for that wasn't expecting it.

Excellent customer service especially from Caitlyn! She's super duper amazing! There was a big scary guy there too, but he's harmless: p Very happy with my new shoes. It's like wearing happiness on your feet. Thanks a bunch guys!

Always a great range of products and mostly attentive staff. Sometimes an issue getting help in the kids shoes area on a Saturday but other than that it’s a really great place to pick up all your sporting needs at reasonable prices.

Walked in today before a swim wanting to buy some goggles. All staff was nice and welcoming, other than one short middle aged man. Didn’t take his eyes off me and my brother the entire time, and without giving us much assistance at all asked to take the goggles we chose and put security stickers on them right in front of us.
My brother and I both work in retail ourselves, and of course this behaviour is sometimes necessary, but the blunt and unwelcoming nature of this man left us feeling pressured and led to a dissatisfied shop, especially at 10 am on a Thursday

Love the multilevel store. Not the widest variety in terms of collection in-store. But definitely wins points for being one of the coolest Rebel stores.

Friendly staff. Got a good deal on some UA shirts. Didn't have everything I wanted, but out of season. I'm sure I'll be back.

Theres also a Basketbal Hoop enclosure for the younger ones or young at heart to enjoy.

This rebel looks as if it has been recently revamped and it looks amazing! Fresh new modern shop style. Friendly staff that are always willing to help and plenty of stock of anything you may need!

Two floors shop in Westfield Doncaster. There is great choice of shoes and training equipments but I personally want more swimming equipments.

Staff never around to help. Also one time they didn't take the lock off for me so I had to come back and they didn't apologise

Wow this store looks great after the recent refurb. Heap of stuff going on in the new store, think there is even a PlayStation room. Well worth a visit to pick up a bargain

I used to really like this store but the new fit out is terrible! On the plus side I got really good customer service from one of the girls working there.

Used to be a great place for actual sporting stuff, they used to have athletic spikes, roller blades and skateboard stuff but now they dont sell any of that.they have good service but like as a sports store i thought theyd continue to sell athletics spikes
