I went to buy some shoes to go with new orthotics, and got the best help ever from Lloyd, who was so professional and patient and courteous. The shoes I got were name-brand and a great deal. Excellent service all around.

It isn't one of their main stores so stocks are limited. Good if you are after every day ware but if you are after something more specialised, eg Jordan basketball shoes, you will need to go to a bigger store

I went into this store last week. I was in there looking for something for at least 1/2 an hour. Not one staff member acknowledged me the whole time or came to ask if I needed help. I heard one guy calling out something, but as he didn't actually come over to me I kept looking. I refuse to be called out to across the shop! It's terrible customer service as far as I'm concerned. I ended up walking out

I usually dislike the service at the big brands, but today everything was easy to find and the cashier was helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

Ethan was fantastic, spent over an hour to help us find everything we needed for our netball club.

The staff were super helpful and are attentive most of the time. Sometimes it can be hard to find someone though. They are mostly knowledgeable about their products and are friendly.

Very poor service and the manager was very rude, good variety of items but what a shame how unhelpful the staff were.

The staff are not only friendly but very competent. Especially Rob. He answered every one of my annoying questions with patience and kindness.

Recently had an issue with a product, The problem was solved by the store manager (Phil) exceptional customer service, well done!

Absolutely hopeless customer service.after waiting 20 minutes and asking for help numerous times with still no sign of help.just walked out. Any wonder why people just order online

I interrupted a young shop assistant from her day dream to ask her where I could find something and she just pointed me in the direction.too busy leaning on a rack to come show me where it was. I didn't find it or the other things I was after so I left. She was standing in the same place when I walked out.

Looks nice, plenty of stock, but after 10mins looking at sneakers and not a staff member anywhere to be seen and with limited time available I left. Lost a sale there guys. I may not look sporty but I was ready to buy!

Shambles. Bought cricket pads with 'right-handed' clearly marked on the box, got home and opened them, to find they were the wrong brand and left-handed. What I got was not what I paid for. I'll go to a specialist cricket store and pay more, at least I know I'll get what's marked on the box.

Good sporting goods store, ample parking outside. Got what I needed. Have specials according to the sporting season. So cricket gear is availale now.

Went in Friday week ago for runners.
Didn't have size in stock, will have to come from hoppers crossing.be in Monday /Tuesday, will call when they arrive.

Called store Wednesday because hadn't heard anything.
Coming from hoppers crossing.should be here tomorrow.
Called store on Saturday afternoon, went away and checked.
Oh yes, they arrived yesterday.

Still awaiting phone call.

A week to come from down the road.
Bloody rediculous.
