Rebalance Chinese Medicine

I cannot recommend the services of Rebalance Chinese Medicine enough. After years of struggling with women’s health issues I was relieved to discover the benefits of acupuncture and, in particular, to have found such a warm and comfortable environment to be treated. Julia’s treatments helped me to overcome a range of issues that I’d long accepted as things I had to ‘live with’ - hormonal, stress and injury related. Julia treated me throughout my 5th pregnancy and went above and beyond to look after my needs - an invaluable experience.

I have been seeing Dr Julia from preconception and all throughout the pregnancy. It's been an amazing journey from her help with conception and such a smooth comfortable pregnancy. I didn't even have nausea bad enough to vomit once during first trimester! Now in my 39th week of pregnancy, I'm still without pelvic pain (I had it pretty bad in my first pregnancy), sleeping well and have good energy. She is such a lovely, caring doctor, I highly recommend her for all sorts of ailments but especially regarding fertility and pregnancy.

Julia was professional and thorough during all my treatments/appointments with her and was very caring, checking in with me frequently through COVID-19 restrictions to see how I am travelling. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I want to thank Julia for assisting me so much with my birth preparation.   I began acupuncture sessions with Julia in my third trimester and found her care so supportive,   it was immediately like having another friend in my birth team. The space she created was so peaceful that I dozed off.
Most helpful though was her teaching of me and my partner acupressure locations for during the labor. We were able to practice them before the day, and during the labor my husband was able to personally offer me great pain relief with confidence.   So much do that I had no other pain relief during the full labor.   Despite being induced,   I was able to go from 3 to 10cm dilated in 2 hours,   with my obstetrician politely commenting pin how "beautifully ripe and ready" my cervix was,   which I give some credit to Julia and the pre work she did.
