Julia at Rebalance was there for me at an extremely vulnerable time just before the birth of my child. I was advised at 40 weeks pregnant from my provider that I'd be induced if I didn't go into spontaneous labour before 41 weeks. I came to Julia for birth prep acupuncture which I believe after a few sessions, as well as a relaxing massage around back and pelvic area, combined with acupressure work at home that I naturally went into labour right on my induction date. Julia was very kind and went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this clinic.

I am a big fan of the Sleepy Tea. I’m a light sleeper and found with two young children my sleep was very broken. I didn’t want to resort to pills that would make me feel like a zombie. The sleepy tea, was soothing and gentle, it didn’t make me feel zonked. I found that I slipped into a sleep state much more smoothly and if I was woken, I could deal with the problem with a clear head and could slip back into an easy sleep once back in bed. I highly recommend this tea.
