Hardest working agent in town
From the moment Damian walked into our house, we knew he was "the one. " His enthusiasm for our home was obvious, and his knowledge of current market trends had us feeling secure that we were safe in his hands.

Good timing, fast sale
I had enquired about the market, property value and time on the market. In a reasonable short time, Brett gave me a market update in Mildura, a valuation range and a time expected to get a signed contract. All of these proved to be very accurate and was able to settle earlier than the contract stated which was a very smooth process. Brett was in contact with updates of inspections and offers made, and very quick to respond to any questions I had. Very happy with Brett and would certainly use again if needed an agent in the area.

Applying for a rental is hard enough without having your time wasted. Had been given the green light for a property that a friend of a friend was leasing. For some reason the entire application process involved some website called Snug, which was difficult to deal with. After filling out all our information, and submitting the application, we found out that Ray White had convinced the owner to lease to one of their 'preferred candidates'. That's fair enough, the owner has final say on who they lease to, but it was a bit harsh to do so after forcing us to complete the final application process.

After searching around, we found another property through Ray White. I submitted my interest in the hopes of an inspection, which is required before you can submit an application through Ray White (now using 1form.com for some reason). As soon as a time was available I booked in, and received multiple notifications leading up the the inspection date. I organised to take time off work to ensure I could make it, and replied to their reminder message 2 hours prior. Then 90 minutes before the inspection I receive a notification saying the inspection is cancelled, and that the property had already been leased. If the process was already at that stage I don't understand why I was only notified 90 minutes before the inspection time. Feeling quite annoyed and disheartened, after looking for the right place for months. Luckily I have time on my side with my current residence, but the issues with Ray White means I won't be utilising their services again.

We first met Damian for an appraisal of our home. He really impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and friendly nature. From the moment we listed our home through till settlement we had total confidence in Damian and his fantastic team. A sale was secured in a few weeks.
Their advice was second to none and the courtesy trailer came in very handy with our move.

Brett Driscoll did a really good job, he was easy to communicate with and explained all the ins and outs of buying a house in an understandable way. The whole process was stress free and I would highly recommend him.
