Very unprofessional Real Estate Management. My property is vacant from 3months. They are not communicating until we call them or email them. Now me and my wife regret that why we left Professionals, after come to RayWhite we feel like Professionals are the best in compare to Ray White Mildura. Only to getting quote they are taking weeks or whole month. Please guys stay away from them, at least for leasing you property.

I thought let’s give a last try at Ray White Mildura for the property management problem I was going through. When I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and greeted at the reception by Mikayla Burns who actually works in property Management. I must say in my overall experience of dealing with any customer service (not just limited to real estate) she has been the most empathetic and helpful professional I have ever dealt with. She has gone over and beyond to help me with utmost respect and support even at the stage where I have not payed any money or service fees as of yet. I was surprised and happy at same time that people like Mikayla does exist and love their job without judging anyone who walks in her office.
