We rented with Ray White FG for just over 2 years and we could not have been happier with our Property Manager Tegan, she was always prompt with responding to emails, whether it be a small query or larger issue. Tegan was extremely easy to deal with and always met you with a smile on her face. We would be more than happy to rent through Ray White FG again.

We purchased a property and Lar Potimoy was our agent. She is absolutely amazing. We are thrilled with her service. She is reliable, friendly, helpful, professional and above everything she is a wonderful person. We are so grateful that she was our agent. She has done a fantastic job. Had 2 property managers in the space of a year. Both were extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Took months to get a reply to an email and phone calls were almost never picked up.

Repairs took 5 months to get done. Extremely disappointed with the way we we were treated

I've got no words to explain my frustration. I've paid the deposits on their promised to complete the Kilsyth housing project by the Aug 2020 and a year has passed I'm still not able to get a settlement date. They don't reply to my messages or emails. Only receiving a monthly update which has no use and frustrating. It's strange how the customer can get abused like this in this business. I've lost a lot money & time due to this but they have no sympathy. Lost 2 low interest rate bank loans and still renting paying someone else's mortgage. They always pass the blame to the developers (Platinum Developers) but my question is, for what are you getting paid for? Is this just write an email once a month?

After our first unsuccessful campaign, we decided to choose Rene and Luciano at Raywhite Ferntree Gully. The difference compared to our first agents was huge. Extremely trustworthy, hard working, reliable and enjoyable! We were always clued into our campaign with constant updates and clear communication! Overjoyed with our results.
