Intentionally doesn’t respond to tenants and sends vague emails with job numbers not relating to anything. When trying to call, the receptionist tries to work out which property it is and if you’re a landlord or tenant and if you’re a tenant they say “oh the property manager is away from her desk” or “the property manager is currently busy” so I’ll take a message - so that they don’t need to talk to you. Am a landlord elsewhere and they would never do this - as a tenant through these guys it’s awful and constant delay tactics so they don’t have to do anything or respond to anyone.

Jade at Ray White was very helpful and proactive through the process of getting my unit ready for rent and then along with help from the team we found suitable tenants within 2 weeks, which was fantastic!

Went to a house inspection today, pretty sure ray white has never actually been inside this property. Extremely heavy smoke damage throughout the house with one of the rooms still covered in black soot, as an asthmatic would have been nice to have been given warning about a massive health hazard that makes the house unliveable, especially considering I had my daughter with me. That’s even ignoring the fact that the grass was so long that the whole outside is unviewable, most disappointing is that the agent neither seemed to know nor care, and if she wasn’t late maybe she would have had a chance to actually look herself

We had a problem with hot water and the first time we reach out they were very responsive and fast to action and send a plumber to our place. Unfortunately, it did not fix the water heater and need to change the whole water system which was actioned by Ashleigh really quickly. We felt that they are taking our needs into priority and we were very satisfied by it. All our concerns our being addressed immediately and I have nothing to say but thank you so much. A year ago, my son bought a property through Ray White Ferntree Gully. As parent, we just help him co-ordinate with agent. We want to give Llga Kelly from Ray White Ferntree Gully a shout out. We had completed different experience although we built our home before. For the past 2 years, Melbourne has been locked down and lots of restriction to prevent us to see our son's property. Llga took all the trouble to take photos and have us update about the property. Even interact with our builder to pass the message for us to get the property done. My son is getting his house key this afternoon and we just want to say thank you to her to make the long journey smooth and pleasant. We were lucky enough to have Caitlin Burgess as our Property Manager for 2 years. She always attended to our needs in a timely and polite manner. Little things like giving us a text when we couldn’t pick up the phone when organising repairs made communicating easy during our tenancy.

Had a bad experience when we bought our house through Raywhite 4 years ago. But turned into positive and great experience when we decided to use Raywhite to sell our house few months ago. I’m giving this feedback because of Jack. Through Jack Rickard, it was the best experiences we had selling our property in difficult times. Melbourne was in lockdowns plus limited 10kms travel, we thought that was the hardest part to decide and sell our house. Lockdowns after lockdowns but Jack made us feel like sit back and relax during that time. From enquiries, inspections to everything was very pleasant although there were emotions. We sold our house before Auction and were very grateful with the outcome Jack has made for us. We wouldn’t made it Brisbane if it wasn’t for Jack who helped us sell our house. I personally recommend Jack to anyone who wants to sell their property. Jack is very honest and trustworthy. He won’t let you down!
