Luke and his team at Ray White Greensborough were great! They made the whole process of selling my home really easy for me. Their support and co-operation made it a seamless process. Highly Recommend them if selling in the area.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Lynette Shelton from the Briar Hill, Ray White agency.
Lynette was fantastic, so patient and understanding, keeping us updated at all times, nothing was too much trouble.
I had the misfortune of having to deal with difficult interstate family members, but Lynette kept them in the loop at all times, and whenever possible tried to make it as easy for me. Lynette went above and beyond, absolutely no complaints, extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times, whilst being friendly as well, we were lucky to have her represent us.

Rented through Raywhite for 2 years and had Jason as our property manager through that time. Any issues we ever had were sorted out promptly and to great satisfaction. Not one issue was unresolved. Paying rent was easily set up with low convenience, and when we decided to move from that property we had no concerns with our bond return and were to the point of being so helpful that Jason at Ray White was looking for another property in the area we were looking to move to. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I rented a property through Ray white greensborough for 1 year. We looked after the property as if it was our own and were very accommodating to the landlord’s when they decided to move back in at the end of our lease - allowing them to come in multiple times to measure for carpets etc. Our property manager (Jason) was completely unprofessional from the get go and was very rude on multiple occasions unnecessarily. Our rent was always paid on time and we never caused any issues.
When we vacated, the house was left in an immaculate condition with no damages or maintenance, yet money was attempted to Be deducted from our bond for nothing what so ever. It wasn’t until I directed him to apply to vcat as we felt very hard done by that things changed and we got our full bond back. Jason chose not to discuss the matter with us and instead tried to blame us for ‘damages’ that by no means were caused by us!

I am really disappointed with the service from RWG, so much so it has put us off renting/buying through them again in the future.
