Scott was outstanding. Well above expectations. Less than 2 weeks Scott managed to organise our house sale including a full renovation. 2 coats of paint inside and out, new lighting and hardwired smoke detectors, new carpet throughout, new split system air conditioner and a total relandscape of the backyard including new turf and garden beds with new plants. Scott's team has taken care of everything for us including organising a conveyancer, organising staging for the house, having the power and gas changed to our names, lodging an insurance claim and of course selling the property within 24 hours once on the market for $25000 above asking range. Scott and his team were flawless, professional, honest and extremely efficient. All communications were clear and we felt we were in the best hands possible.

Experience with Kristen was such a pleasant one. She is one awesome supportive agent, accommodating, responsive and quick. Doing the entire deal interstate, was yet another task, Kristen was very prompt with her responses and helped us through the inspections, answered every query and she has the same upbeat energy irrespective of the time we call her and the number of times we called her. The property videos she uploads are great plus. Calling it home is a natural experience dealing with her.

To top it all she was really punctual and provided a honest opinion and guidance for everything that I asked and/or needed assistance with for buying my first home. I have been dealing with Ray White Doreen for many years with various assets. Scott and the team have always shown outstanding professionalism in all our dealings.

Kristin Parker and Aaron lied in the advertisement that ALL windows in the house are double glazed. Even before putting the offer for the house, double checked with Kristin Parker and she confirmed ALL windows are double glazed. After moving to the house we found out only 4 out of 29 windows are double glazed! Kristin does not answer us anymore and we have not even received an apology.
The cost for double glazing the rest 25 windows is $85k. If we knew all windows were not double glazed, we definitely did not buy this house. Their goal is to do anything to get their commission. Very disappointed with her dishonesty and unprofessional work.
