I have experienced the best service ever from Mr. Jordan Fahim, I really appreciate how responsive he was and checked out all my needs 10/10 customer service.

Francesca Knox has been looking after our rental property for over 5 years. She is by far the best Property Manager. She keeps us up to date on a regular basis & has always communicated with us to make sure things run smoothly. Her knowledge care, honesty & dedication has been Amazing.

The team at Bundoora Ray White is such a breeze to deal with. My partner and I have been looking to rent a house and went to some inspections over the past few weeks. Steele Crawford is our new property manager is so lovely to communicate with and very professional.

I am very disappointed with your service.
Most people reported that Ray White provides good customer service, efficient and effective work, and excellent communication. However, I believe that this does not include Bundoora.
In most cases, I can't reach the agent directly through SMS, phone calls, or via contact reception.

I had very bad experience with RayWhite Bundoora Steele Crawford was my property manager. I will never ever go back to this joint or recommend anyone to do business with them. Very rude, non professional and they don't look after the tenants at all they are only with the landlord. They are master in false reporting and black mailing, I will report this misconduct to highest level. Their license should be audited and revoked I have never seen this kind of behaviour anywhere else in Victoria.

My wife and I cannot thank Jake and Rayni enough for their attentive help throughout our journey in purchasing our new home. Jake was our eyes and ears over the phone throughout the auction and was pivotal in our successful purchase. Although we were overseas for the auction, both Jake and Rayni facilitated a seamless process to finalise the purchase. Awesome people to deal with.

Easily the worst service I have come across.
Mind you I should have listened to my mortgage broker who told me to never work with Ray White. I would detail his reasons for saying so but in the end it won't matter.
If you want to see the make of this particular Ray White, look at the childish near on high school responses you get from the manager in the negative reviews on here. Then go somewhere else, literally anywhere else in the area.

The realtor - Walter- was great, and I would have gladly given the office a 5 if it were only a rating for him. Walter is professional, friendly, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. However, the admin in the office were dissappointing. They made several mistakes and were unapologetic, and even strangely stubborn about these mistakes, that included early invoicing, double invoicing, misspelling our names then making a false argument that the names were taken from the contract, sending too many reminders at awkward times to sign documents and ignoring requests for clarification regarding said documents. I think this would have definitely been a better experience if the admin staff owned up to their mistakes and were more helpful and professional. Walter had to step in to fix the admin issues and even apologised on their behalf, but the admin staff themselves never did, which tainted an otherwise very good experience.

Just leased a house through ray white and soul suzuki was very helpful. He waited after the inspection even when i was running late.

My husband and I would like to highly commend and recommend Kristian Williams for his professionalism and friendly service. His approach and demeanour are very impressive and we were taken through the process of renting out our property as if it were his own. His attention to detail and keeping us in the loop every step of the way was much appreciated. We’d like to take this opportunity to wish him every success and feel confident that if you’re lucky to have him as your rental manager you’ll be in great hands. Well done and thank you. Tim sold us our first house in 2014. Sale was a smooth and easy process.
He kept in touch over the following seven years sending the annual anniversary hamper!
In late 2021 Tim sold that same house for us. During the four week campaign the housing market started slowing but Tim kept us reassured we were in good hands.
Selling a home is a stressful period but having Tim's reassurance and confidence was a great help and what we needed.
Tim worked very hard going above and beyond adding multiple extra opens to ensure the house was exposed to as many people as possible.
It was a pleasure having Tim list our house and we look forward to him selling our next.

Thanks Tim for your wonderful efforts in selling our parents house. Appreciate you looking after us.

Rating for 2 stars - great experience with other Ray White Bundoora staff- so welcomed and helpful during the various inspections!

However, except for the agent - Tim Yu.

1. On auction date announced 90 days settlement, and then that was the mistake. Seller wants to have 60 days.

He doesn’t have a good remedy, and leave both party feeling awkward. Bad experience for both sellers & buyers. This is the public auction so everyone on the auction day can be the whiteness! Not trust worthy.

2. Final inspection (not within his responsibility?) both seller and buyer waiting for him on the date agreed and time. However, too busy to show up, leaving the other two parties alone.

3. Not cooperative with the solicitor / conveyancer. Feedback received negatively, maybe he is too busy?

4. According to a little bird, Ray White Bundoora can offer final cleaning (to keep the property condition clean as on the auction day - or at least ensured quality upon receiving the keys). However, Tim Yu promised more than three times (I only have record of 2, others are through phone calls). Then, saying Ray White only deliver messages, not ensuring quality. Personally, I don’t agree as Raywhite is such a professional real estate agent. Brand reputation is trust worthy. This should only for one case scenario.

We felt the advise we received from the first appointment till the auction day was truly matching to our situation. This review is for Joseph Petralia and whoever is his manager.
We are a tenant of theirs and have been nothing but a perfect tenant since day 1
Always paid our rent on time, kept the house in a great condition etc
About two years ago we realised that the dishwasher has some problems and is not usable.
I sent Joseph who is our property manager an email and explained the problem. He said he will get in touch with owner and get back to me.
Now, it’s been two years that I email him every second month to follow up and he has absolutely done nothing about it other than saying “I have informed the owner and waiting on his reply”

I called him today and told him that this is not fair and he needs to fix the problem, when he responded “If I do something that owner doesn’t like, he will take the property to another agent”
This just shows me how irresponsible he is and the only thing he cares about is his portion of the rent which he gets as commission and he absolutely does not care about us a tenant.

This is really disappointing.

My advice to anyone who is going to deal with Joseph Petralia is to save yourself the headache and stay away.

If it was not for my old parents who are sick, I wouldn’t stay at this property for another minute.

My mother had migraines and I told Joseph this many times, since she doesn’t have a dishwasher she has to wash all their dishes by hand.

Shame on you Joseph and shame on Raywhite Bundoora for your poor customer service.

We highly recommend Domenic Torzillo for his outstanding service, attention to detail and prompt response. I personally was apprehensive when Domenic took over from my previous property manager, who I respected and was very close to and still am, however he won me over with his positive attitude, hard work and determination in every aspect. I would recommend Domenic without any hesitation to our family and friends. I would say his service has been 10/10. I am grateful and appreciative and I look forward to working with him for many years to come.

We just sold our home threw Ray White using Joe Torzllo. I cannot speak highly enough about Joe, He made sure we were totally informed every step of the way. He was honest and straight up with no sugar coating. He gained our trust very quickly and we are so glad we chose him to sell our home. His knowledge and advice was spot on. He made this process a lot easier that we have experienced with other agents in the past. The sale price was outstanding and we attribute this to Joe knowing how to engage with and work the crowd.
