I have in investment property which I recently transferred to Ray White Bundoora. The main reason - lower rates. To be frank I wasn't expecting much on service based on past experience, and also for the fact Real Estate Agents don't really get much out of rental properties, which is not a secret, so you get what you pay for. To our delight the level of service we received from our property manager, Kalina Donakova is outstanding! We're only 5 months in but based on the quality of service we received, we definitely recommend! Fees is one thing and they don't really vary that much, service is what you should go for. Ray White Bundoora is lucky to have her. 5 stars!

I would like to thank Domenic Torzillo at Ray White Bundoora for his exceptional service provided to me and my family in leasing a good home. He took time out of his busy schedule and agreed to arrange for a private inspection for us as we could not make it for the open house. Also, the speed with which Domenic got our application approved was lightning fast and commendable. Domenic even got us our bond back in full amount without any disputes which is appreciable. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I was forced to break the lease early and was stressed with the remaining rent but Domenic helped us to broker a fair deal between the owners and us to allow us to break it early without stress.
Domenics communication is very straight, to the point, and his service appreciable.
The receptionist (Melissa Koteski) was also very helpful to us and arranged all communication smoothly.

I had horrible Experience with ray white Bundoora specifically Andrew mitze. Unfortunately all he is think about is his share from selling a house without thinking about what is best for the Clint. Overall my best recommendation to whoever thinking about selling or buying a house is don’t do that to yourself think about another agency before it’s too late.
