Rainbow Town Play Centre reviews
48My baby loves the trampoline at Rainbow Town Play Centre so much. Every week she wants me to take her to play. She has so much fun here!
Clean and tidy, lots of room to play! It is amazing for our children to enjoy their fun time. Parents can also relax in the other area.
Good location, full of excellent facilities to keep kids entertained. Probably the best play centre in the area.
My almost 4 year old loved it. Especially the mini car areas. Great entry Price. I thought it was great. Most positive.
I recommend to visit this place, I found this place very nice. Services are very good and neat and tidy. Child have many activity for entertainment. Spend money is worthy. Food are very delicious. I also ordered take away and got fresh & hot food.
Such a good place to catch up with friends while the little ones can play safely. The staff are always so welcoming.
Could not complain about the play centre, great service and the whole experience is amazing and exciting.
I visited Rainbow Town and I found this place amazing. Staffs are very friendly and services are too nice. Their food are delicious and tasty. Fish is yummy to eat. I recommend people to visit this place and try their fish & chips.
Indoor play centre for young children. Very fun experience! Our family loved it, and we will come back again.
I wouldn't even give it 1 star. It's horrible, bad staff, waiting is shocking, food is bad, unsafe for kids, just over all not a good place. Don't recommend.
A shame that the ninja obstacle course was closed for renovation but kids still had a lot of fun
It was very pretty and colourful which was nice, but it was very expensive for what it is. The kids got soo bored so quickly at it and maybe spent 1/2hr in the actual play area before they where bored crazy. Realy hasnt got much for children under 10yrs to actully enjoy and they tryed to charge me entry for a baby who wasn't going to be playing as it wasn't age appropriate for them.
I had an inquiry regarding my daughter BD booking event, called them 3 times they said they will get back to me soon, sent 2 emails still no response.
Next week is the BD and the centre is closed snd no one has responded to me. So poor communication!
Went rhere for the first time today. My son absolutely loved it. However it is completely over priced, especially if you have younger children. The AC (if there is one) is terrible. Probably wont go back.
Expensive and rude staff, I am not recommending this place at all.
Also they don't honor the voucher that they sold through Groupon.which shows the poor management.
My friend purchased a full package in rainbow town play centre via Groupon. Our kids were very excited and couldn't sleep last night. However, when we arrived there in the afternoon today. The staffs rude and mentioned we not allowed to use this groupon voucher due to both parties were terminated deal. We have to play full price for this package, otherwise asked Groupon to refund.
"Totally unacceptable this reason "
Our kids were cried and felt very disappointed. Poor of customer service
Kids had a ball, a little expensive compared to other play centres but there is a bit of variety
Chaotic and the wait time for the driving cars is rediculous. Avoid going there during school holidays.
Great place to bring the kids, especially if they aren't yours. Facility wise though, could be improved slightly in the ninja structure building.
The kids found a couple things they really enjoyed but if I was paying full price I wouldn't have been happy. The place was overcrowded (not sure how they get around this with fire OHS etc). I didn't see any information about a height limit for the rock climbing wall which I was told about once we got there. People set up on the tables (and don't move away once they've finished eating) which unfortunately meant we had to go elsewhere to eat. I might go again if I have another half price voucher but would not pay full price to go here.
