The best kids playhouse ever.
Had my grandsons 5th birthday there.
It is a huge place with so many things for kids to play on
Trampolines, slides, ball pits, climbing walls and much more. Really well supervised by staff and a fantastic cafe.
Highly recommend the rooms for kids parties.
A must place to take the children. Highly recommend.

Amazing space, different styles of toys, and bounce area. My son spend pretty much a full day there.

Large play centre with plenty of activities for kids including rock climbing, multiple trampolines and foam pits, ball pits, little smash car area for kids, Lego area and lot more. Good place to visit with kids and for parties.

Birthday party for our grandchildren on 25 Nov 2023.
Extremely overcrowded, overstretched facility. Ordered coffee.came without sugar.when sugar arrived there was no stirrer.
Rubbish bin in the party room was already full when we took over.
Some staff do not speak English well.causing confusion.sign language a necessity

Honesty good price on the weekend with the deals, $40 for child and adult included, for as long as you like you can try everything like the trampolines, rock climbing etc for no extra cost. Yes its more then your regular play centre but this is a child's dream playland and well worth it hell I even had fun.

The quality of the food is very poor, especially the chili oil. It smelled like plastic and expired oil, which was unacceptable. What's even more disappointing is that the kitchen chef didn't care at all and even claimed that there was no problem at all.

It was originally a very happy thing to have such a family restaurant for tourists, but because of this reason, it made people very uncomfortable and felt that they didn’t want to patronize it anymore. I hope the boss can pay attention to it.

As a parent, I wholeheartedly recommend the Children's Trampoline Wonderland; it's an absolute paradise for kids seeking joy and adventure! From the moment we stepped inside, the place exuded a unique charm that created unforgettable memories for our little ones.

First and foremost, I was impressed by the facilities and safety measures in the park. The trampoline area is cleverly divided into different zones, catering to children of various age groups. This ensures that kids can find an area that suits their abilities and interests, allowing them to enjoy the trampolines to the fullest. The trampolines are sturdy and well-maintained, providing us with peace of mind as our kids had a blast bouncing away.

The variety of activities offered here is simply astounding! Children can not only jump to their heart's content but also participate in various interactive games and challenges that keep them entertained for hours. The dodgeball court proved to be a favorite among our kids, and they made new friends while engaging in friendly matches.

As a parent, safety is always my top concern. The Children's Trampoline Wonderland excels in this aspect. The staff is highly professional, consistently attentive to the safety of the kids. They patrol the trampoline areas to ensure rules are followed and offer assistance and guidance when needed. This level of care allows me to relax and let my kids enjoy the park to the fullest.

The cleanliness of the park was also impressive, with staff regularly cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. It's evident that the management takes hygiene seriously, especially in such a bustling and dynamic environment.

What I loved the most was the atmosphere of pure joy and excitement that permeated the air. The contagious laughter of kids having the time of their lives was heartwarming. Finding a place where children can unleash their energy in such a positive and safe environment is a true treasure.

Furthermore, the park offers excellent value for money. Compared to other similar facilities, the ticket prices at this children's trampoline wonderland are very affordable, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, the Children's Trampoline Wonderland exceeded all our expectations. It provided our kids with an unforgettable experience that they've been talking about non-stop. As a parent, there's nothing more satisfying than witnessing genuine happiness and carefree moments in our children. I highly recommend this trampoline wonderland to all parents seeking a safe, fun, and vibrant place for their kids. We'll definitely be back for more jumping adventures in the future!

I took my kids and had a birthday party here. Rainbow Town served us with enthusiasm and patience. There are different facilities and delicious food. Children are really happy here. The only fly in the ointment is that it is too busy here on weekends. Whatever, my children are really happy. That’s enough. Anyway, both my children and I have had a perfect weekend here.

Add on's for everything.
19 on top of entry to play elsewhere. $5 for adults. Only one entry check out.
There are many other good play centers. This place is not worth your time.

Had son's 4th birthday party here. Was epic, rooms organised well. All children happy and Adults happy that the children are happy. So for all the stingy commentary below about the one single ride being too costly: it's only $10 per ride and $25 for 3. Just buy some more credits! It is clearly stipulated. Rainbow Town is a great place where they combine ball pit, slides, soft play, soft bumper cars, rock climbing and trampolines. Also, there is a claw machine room with more seats for all the people who can't get there earlier in the day! Good luck!

This place is a nightmare and expensive for what it's worth. If you are non-Asian the staff are very rude to you and they won't allow you to check on the safety of your children. I was accosted by a member of staff (wearing plain clothes) to leave the play area when I went to check on my son. The same happened to a Caucasian lady who had four children. My son was told off as he hadn't paid separately for rock climbing or the trampoline and was told he could only play on the slides. I was told no outside food was allowed however, if you were Asian you were allowed to bring your own food from outside and eat inside the eating area. Whilst my wife was feeding our newborn the cleaner sprayed cleaning spray where they were sitting which almost came in contact with our newborn and wife (its a shame the toilets/restroom areas were filthy). IF you are prepared to come here be prepared for some serious arguing, disappointments and over priced play areas which I would not deem unsafe.

Overpriced! Paid $40 for my daughter, about $20 too much for value.
The staff were RUDE on arrival, the lady at the desk needs to find a new passion as she didn't even crack a smile. Just said "don't lose your wrist band"
The toilets were filthy and smelt really bad of wee.
There were no healthy food options. Just fried food. No sandwiches or healthy options at all. Disappointing considering you can't bring your own food.
Won't be back.

Maintenance need to be looked at. They were so many broken foamy stairs on the play area. The ball guns not working at all. Overall, nice experience. I like the concept of lego wall. I would really recommend to come in week days to double the fun otherwise it gonna be so crowded.

A bit disappointed after going a few months ago, the volcano and whole left side area is gone and closed, the ball shooting area is also not working and the air blowing balls doesn't work either, also the Velcro suit for the trampoline is gone too, plus a few other tunnels broken and just closed of too, if they do some maintenance and fix a few things bak up and get the volcano back it would be good again

This place charges full price ticket for babies from SIX 6 MONTHS onwards.
None of the other playcentres or even theme parks charges for kids under 1. They also have no play activity for young babies so pretty much paying to enter.

We visited Rainbow Town today with 3 little ones. They all had a fabulous time. There was lots to do but also plenty of open space to just run free. The jungle gym area was nice and spacious for an adult to be able to go up and supervise the little ones, which made things alot less stressful.
The eating area, packed with lots of tables, was nice and clean with tissues on all and staff attending to the area to keep it clean and tidy.
I notably impressed with the staff member's focus on safety, today. The bumper cars attendant informed me in detail about which cars are fast and might not be good for little kids and
which cars might be more suited to my child's age. And just generally making sure the kids were safe on the bumper cars whilst still having fun.
One of our kids fell and got a blood nose. 2 staff members immediately attended to the boy with tissues and ice and made sure he was ok. I also observed another child who appeared lost and stated to cry. Straight away a staff member noticed his behaviour and took care of him. It's good to see that kids are safe when going to Rainbow Town and parents can relax knowing that if their child does run out of sight or get hurt, that they will still be safe.
I gave 4 stars because the toilets were a bit smelly and icky. Especially the toilet where the change table was.
All in all it was a great day and definitely worth the higher cost compared to other play centres.
Thanks Rainbow Town!

I took my daughter to rainbow town this Wednesday and found out that I had lost my car key when it was closing. I told the staff about it and they asked me what the key looked like and where it was lost. Then they started to help me find the key together. They looked throughout the venue over and over again. Finally when I was about to give up, one of the staff Sharon helped me find it in the ball pool. I can’t imagine what my daughter and I would do if we couldn’t find the key. The staff are so helpful and responsible for their work. Many many thanks to all the rainbow town staff for helping me find my car key.

Place is huge and lots of things for kids to play. Price a bit on the brighter side but worthwhile as I think you can spend a day there. Only downside is that it can be very crowded but as it is huge, you still can find places to play.
