Railway Cafe & Tracks Bar Gallery reviews
53We love this place! Beautiful historic building. The food and service is of the highest standard. Seasonal menu always an exciting change. Never disappoints.
What an experience to dine here. From entree, to mains to dessert it was made to perfection. I did notice there wasn’t cucumber or tomato in my salad, but I know how to read the menu, unlike other previous customers and enjoyed my mixed leaf salad with home made dressing. I’ll be back boys xx
This is a gorgeous cafe and the service is amazing.
Last Friday we had the gluten free orange cake and it was completely burnt all over the outside!
The burnt taste was right through the cake.
We expected more considering it was $10 per piece!
My family and I visited this cafe for breakfast, ordered a couple of coffees and two meals. Received two cups of milk (quite literally) waited 45 minutes for meals only for the waiter to say oh sorry the ticket didn’t go through so we waited another 15 minutes or so for the food. Food came out and was not pleasant at all! No compensation or offer of another coffee (not that we wanted more milk) while we waited. Overall pretty disappointing.
Wonderful venue, friendly service but our egg & bacon burgers were wet, sloppy & expensive. The potato buns just couldn’t contain the ingredients. Way too soft & thin. My partner’s coffee came out scolding hot too.
Good honest food. Well priced. And we love the setting of the restaurant in the Maryborough Railway Station.
We had lunch here and the service, food and atmosphere SENSATIONAL, our table was right in front of the open fire, lovely restaurant in an amazing railway station in Maryborough. A must visit when in the area
We just had coffee and vanilla slice.
Both very nice.
Beautiful old, classic building.
Really nice setting.
Food and coffee were both really good. Service caring but not over the top. Great historical yet functional station. Booking recommended on weekends. We sat next to open fire which adds a nice feel to the cafe.
Amazing food service and atmosphere
The service was efficient and the drinks were wonderful. Everyone had a smile on their face on our table. Great food, well priced with high quality ingredients. Lovely location. Highly recommend they are open for breakfast as well
Service great, coffee perfect, cake apple and almond was very average needed cream or something to help it.
Loved the food and coffee but my partner found it difficult to find somthing on the menu for his alagies witch is nothing g new with having 3 alagies but they did try there best to acomadate well done
We sat out out under the beautiful verandah. Excellent service by all staff and a lovely informative chat with one of the owners about the station. Easy to adjust meal to husband’s dietary requirements. Delicious meals. Will be back. Definitely recommend.
A great place to enjoy a drink and food in an old railway. Would be a awesome location for a function, evening drinks and music.
Since the new owners have taken over this beautiful location and the menu has changed I can say you will not be disappointed. Their pop up Piano Bar nights are a great night and something the town of Maryborough was in need of.
Such a nice place to eat.lovely owners.great service and beautiful food.can't wait to go back.really nice atmosphere
The best breakfast in town. Big servings and tasty. Table service and even fire side service.
Staff are friendly and efficient
The atmosphere in the historic train station is amazing. In winter they have the magnificent fireplace lit and it adds to the ambiance. The food is fresh and tasty and the service is friendly and professional. Our favourite eatery by far. Open Wednesday to Sunday for late breakfast or lunch. A must see in Maryborough Victoria.
This is a fantastic place to visit and have a meal or just a hot or cold drink and soak up the history of the venue. Open Wednesday till Sunday. Enjoy
