RACV Torquay Resort

A friend and I caught up in a very relaxed atmosphere at RACV for a chat
and a coffee
We often visit this venue which has a great view of the golfers on course
Great service from staff who are very helpful and friendly

Had a wonderful meal there. Food was excellent, service was fantastic. Jo behind the bar was very helpful, answered all our questions and gave some very good suggestions.

Had a relaxing few days with my teenage kids at the RACV Club. Well located and close to all the Torquay has to offer. Golf, gym, pool, spa, dining, bars. Fab!

Highly underwhelming, from filthy windows to general apathy of staff, expected more for the price. Maybe it's down to covid, but I've stayed in better at half the price.

The RACV Torquay resort is amazing. The friendly staff and the breathtaking views are worth a visit. There's a nice short walk to the beach too. The golf course is such a well laid out course with stunning views as you play.

Good place for break.golf and facilities are as good as you get. (Not so sure for young families). The evening dining is limited menu only used it once as the variety limited. A lack of basic meals.good breakfast friendly and helpful staff

This is next level accommodation with beautiful rooms which overlook the golf course and the ocean. The facilities are fantastic with a huge swimming pool, spa, kids playground and a sauna. Our package included breakfast which was brilliant. If you're looking to indulge in some luxury, give it a go, you will not be disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay here with family. Rooms much bigger than we expected. Staff extremely helpful. Will definitely be back.

Such a great place to stay. Friendly staff and very prompt service for maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast. Loved the pool, spa + sauna. Only downside was the pillows - theyre very soft so bring your own! Would love to stay again.

My Wife and I didn't have the chance to celebrate our Anniversary and Birthday's proper in February and in April, so staying at this Resort in May really made up for it. What made it extra special was that everyone in Torquay were really friendly from Restaurant staff to Retailer staff. There is so much more one could say that is absolutely fantastic about the RACV Torquay Resort I will definitely return to your Resort as my Wife and I had a wonderful experience.

The experience starting at the Torquay Golf resort was excellent.lovely staff and surrounding. The room facing the golf and beach was excellent. Highly recommend staying in Room 403 if you are two people. Sunrise views are beautiful and you can see the beach at a distance.

Rooms were larger than expected. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Golf course was in great shape and quite challenging. All round, a very enjoyable stay.

Afternoon tea with my daughter in law was cosy and relaxing. Staff are friendly & professional. We sat in comfy chairs with a grand view of the ocean in the distance and a very green golf course fairway to gaze out on. Highly recommend for an afternoon outing!

Rooms are excellent, pool is heated including spa. Dinner menu limited but top notch. Breakfast ordinary so try local places. Don't go for the clean green room service option for a $10 drink voucher because we had no fresh milk, tea, coffee etc. It was more calls to reception and more bother and work for them, your not on holiday for that reason.

RACV resorts never disappoint but Torquay might just be the jewel in the crown! Modern and fully equipped. Right from check in we were greeted by friendly, helpful assistants and our room was spacious, modern with a large balcony offering spectacular views over the golf course to sweeping distant views of Bass Strait. Our room was extra large with a big TV with multiple channels and "pay for view" film options. The bed was kingsized and super comfortable. The bathroom was the standout, modern, large, with a bathtub and large seperate shower recess. We dined in the expansive but intimate restaurant which was sectioned off for COVID purposes. Once again service assistants were super friendly and helpful. The menu was not extensive but, if my meal was anything to judge by it is spot on. My Beef Cheek was simply superb,
a generous portion which was meltingly tender and served on a bed of creamy mash. The best I've had. Yet to test the pool and gym. A highly recommended resort for a quiet, comfortable get away. Whisperingjack. 22 April 2021.

Well placed resort. Large rooms. Clean excellent service. Easy private access to Jan Juc beach and south coast. You won’t regret staying here.

Wouldn’t stay here again if it was for free. Rude staff, non existent ammenities, uncomfortable beds.
You’ll be up for sunrise not by choice but at least the view is nice.

Great place to stay in Torquay! Stayed with my family of 4 in Ocean View room. Staff is nice and rooms are big and clean.

Had experience one spa and number one restaurant too and both is satisfying.
