Food was not very good at all quite disappointed it took forever to get the food n was very bland the workers food came out quicker than our meal will not be going back thats for sure.

Staff are completley friendly and look after everyone, during the christmas period, and covid, you all managed to keep a smile!

Just returned home after another lovely night at this hotel. Fifth visit over a couple of years. Limited menu but always enjoyable and love the table service. 2 lovely girls looked after us and were friendly and attentive, sorry I didn’t get their names.

The outdoor area works well for dining. Food was nice. Excellent locals venue but also worth the drive if a bit further away.

I remember when this place was a place with reasonably-priced pub meals. Now it is far more upmarket and pricey, so our formerly regular visits are now special occasion visits. However the food is really great, and the menu is very interesting. Best of all, all of the staff were wonderfully friendly. Will keep going there for those special occasions.

Good service and a great Christmas party, but the food was pretty average. The Pumpkin pizza had so much garlic it was almost inedible, the salad and overdressed and the steak one person had was very undercooked. The swordfish looked excellent and those who had oysters said they were good.

Kieran is just a delight! The food, service and vibe, all A1. Took my partner in for a long spoken about and long awaited Parma. It was next level. HUGE portion of deliously panko crumbed awesomeness, with zingy salad and crispy hot beer batter chips! Thanks so much! Xxx

Very impressive place for quality pub food. Feels more like a restaurant and the food is a very high quality with great service. The outside appearance is a bit dated, however it has a good range of menu choices and decent wine list. Definitely one of the better gourmet pubs around.

Unassuming place, nice daybed in the smoking area. Generous portions of food at a reasonable price. Great for a lazy Sunday evening drink and meal.

Beautiful venue. Super friendly, helpful, informative staff ready to help with whatever it is you need. Very easy to highly recommend this place. Planning to use this venue to host my wedding reception in February. GREAT PACKAGE OPTIONS AT FANTASTICLY AFFORDABLE PRICES. Customisable to suit my personal taste is a big plus. Great upstairs function space with bar and amenities, perfect for any occasion really. Can't wait to celebrate the biggest day of my life with the help of these guys

Excellent food. Excellent service. Easily the best hotel eating in Caulfield, Carnegie and Elsternwick.

Was a rather nice meal until I realised my chicken parma was VERY under cooked. The middle of the parma was pink. Don't know what happened in the kitchen there, but it's stopped me from going again. It wasn't busy either, so surely they would have had time to check if it was properly cooked or not. I did tell the manager and they offered me a dessert as an apology and I didn't have to pay for the parma, but I had initially umm'ed and ahh'ed about going there in the first place, as it's so very overpriced. It was a nicely presented restaurant though and staff were okay, but after my first experience going terribly wrong I can't say I will ever go back. Such a shame.

Celebrated my dads 80th surprise birthday in the dinning room for Sunday lunch. Staff were amazing and the food was just great. Thanks so much.

Sunday night.deliberate 6.15pm booking knowing service ans kitchen is slow. Two young kids. Food took almost an hour.sure the rest of the patrons ordered schnitzels and pizza etc. Two of us ordered steak.that eventually turned up medium-well to well done.a far cry from the medium rare ordered. If you are going to promote a new menu with specialty char-grilled steaks.at least learn how to cook them. Sorry for being brash. I'm a steak aficionado, and the kitchen butchered them pardon the pun.

We didnt complain. 2 hours for a Sunday night meal was long enough. And besides.no one bothered to ask us how our meals were.
