Rabbit Hole Kids Playcentre reviews
79 We chose Rabbit-hole to hold our daughters birthday party (in the Splash room) and the whole experience was amazing. Our host Camille went above and beyond to make it our time stress free.
The playcentre is one of the best options in Melbourne and the cafe has a lot of options compared to some.
Had a really good experience here on Monday. The session times are great because the place gets a great clean. Staff are really friendly.
There were however 2 things that need some work- 1. They need to let people know they are closing the coffee machine before they close it, yes we can read your sign but a reminder wouldn’t hurt and - 2. The ice cream was not great, not good at all actually not much variety.
But overall really good and we will definelty go back kids loved it
Kids have great fun. Ball pit was the most popular space for kids. Food is good. Pricing is lil on higher side on weekends. But overall good entertainment for kids and space for parents to take a break.
Overly booked.came in for a party and there was no space to stand even for parents. They should gauge on how many people entering and have cap limits.
We visited Rabbit Hole Playcentre during the week and the kids loved it! The place was clean and spacious. There was plenty of seating. The play centre had many different areas and activities for the kids to do, for all ages.
The customer service was excellent, and the entry fee was reasonable. 4 kids and 1 adult for under $50.
This place deserve a higher rating than it has. Clean, modern, fun. No shoes inside. Though could use some more improvement, like adding air machines and stuff, softplay area needs more options. Toddler got bored immediately. But the place is really eye catching and squeaky clean. Love the food options as well. Love going on a weekday.
Great Place for kids however not being able to wear shoes at all in the premises seems unpractical & unhygienic when needing to use public toilets and walking around food sitting & service areas. I had a broken toe and removing shoes was painful and has setback the healing timeframe.
Totally fantastic staff, it was my first time taking my 14 year old client who suffers from autism and as I suffer from anxiety I have to say I was also a bit nervous, but I really didn't know what to do as my client didn't want to go in the play ground. So I went to order us some lunch and I turned for 2 seconds and he was in the gift shop talking to the girls, they also have worked with disability kids as I found out afterwards. But for nearly 1 hour and a half the girls were talking to him and showing him the toys and then he was behind the counter and one of the girls was teaching him how to scan gifts and telling him how much they are. So very very grateful to these beautiful girls and I'm not mentioning names as I'd hate to get them in trouble for letting him scan things on the register lol. They were all great there everyone of them. Can't wait to tell my friends about this place 110% you need to go. And the food, fruit and drinks were amazing. Xxxx thankyou Rabbit Hole for the great time
Best play centre I've been to, huge variety of spaces for all aged children to play on. Im from Sydney and have 2 toddlers and I've been to heaps over here. Extremely sanitary (they wiped my pram wheels lol) very well priced and the food is tasty? Wish it was in Sydney I'd go weekly lol
Entry price is 3 times more than other play centres but well worth it as it's very clear and has a great set up
Although it is expensive, but it is definitely the best playcentre we've been to. My 6yo had a blast. A lot of different areas to explore and her favourite was the ballpit. We also booked a cupcake decorating session that my daughter loved. All staff were friendly and always roaming around keeping an eye on kids. It is a shoes-free place so no shoes for adults too, I liked that they provided crocs for entering toilets. Good selection of food not too expensive. Very clean area.
We did have a small hiccup when were there as the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate and wait for the fire-fighters, so it got a little crowded and out of control for 10 minutes. And we couldn't go on the climbing wall as it was only for parties that day.
Probably the best playcentre of all the ones I’ve been to! Quality of the slides, ballpit and other activities is fantastic, a step up from other play centres. Kids have so much fun every time we come here.
Nice place for kids. Very clean and warmly lit for a celebrative atmosphere. Kids enjoyed the party.
Try and go during the weekday during work/school times if you have any children 3 and under
I usually go during the week and have a great time with with kids, however I went on a Sunday, totally different experience, children running everwhere, minimal staff supervision with multiple kids all going down the slides at once, crazy stressed parents, just am accident waiting to happen.
Plus table got taken with my belonging on there and 1 pair of shoes went missing upon exit
Not safe at all for small children, the staff are so careless, my 2 1/2 year old somehow "slipped " through the security gates and onto the carparkt they told me which is just not possible
Also so overpriced. Will not be returning
This place is a wonderful hidden children's playground, with multiple areas for children to play in. However in the toddlers area you will have to keep a close eye for unpadded corners and hard floors Incase of a fall. There is also a unsupervised stairwell in the back which leads to a tubed slide that could use some attention. The cost to spend to let your kids have a play is fair. 3 stars for this venue including customer care, food, and play area
We had to attend a birthday party at 2pm on a saturday so we needed to go to this playcentre, and boy did we regret it! The amount of people they let into the venue is insane! Yes its 1 year post covid came about and yes they probably needed to make the profit to help with the business from the past year, but that was so unsafe in all matters! The amount of kids being pushed around and the amount of people being coughed on/sneezed on/pushed/stepped on, I wouldn’t recommend it! Just walking from the entry to the birthday room was hard enough, with being pushed by other people and the obvious smell of So many sweaty kids and the lack of room to even move, I wouldn’t recommend. My two kids under 4 didnt have room to even play around there was so many people. We left as early as possible. 1/10.
It is a nice place for children, but I think that the number of visitors should be limited, to reduce the crowding inside and maintain social distancing a little.
The place was good and my son had great fun. But at the exit we found out that someone took my son's shoes, which is a set back of another $80 and obviously the management wouldn't take any liability.
We celebrated my son's birthday here. Staff was amazing. Thank you for the party host boy. He makes everything easy for us. Huge play area. Kids loved it. Food was delicious. Will go back again.
