Better place to host a kids birthday party. Lots of items to play and private room for cake cutting

Amazing. Lots of options for kids to run and play. The activities are intriguing. A lot of efforts were put into to create a happy safe space for the youmg ones. Food court and toy shop is also available on site.

Great range of soft play equipment! My 9 month old had a blast. All staff very nice and cleaning often. Great to see.

Play until you can play no more, well if you're a kid. Otherwise you'd wish you were!

Probably one of the best and biggest play centres around and there weren't many people there when we went on a weekday, which was even better.
The range of play areas and equipment is good, the food was yummy, coffee was ok. There were some balls in the pit with brown stuff stuck to them. I don't want to think about what that may have been.
They have music playing and colourful lights, the atmosphere is nice.
Play sessions are from opening time until 1 and then again at 1-5.

It's a great play centre, but weekends are so hectic and there are snotty nose kids running around lol

Excellent place! I've been to 16 playcentre across Victoria, and by far this is the best. The storied structure may not be the tallest around, however, this place provides a splendid variety of carefully crafted play equipment which includes focus on sensory play. The standout bit compared to other playcentres are the cleanliness and hygiene standards; this place is absolutely clean and fresh. They also have rotating staff to encourage the kids and also to ensure their safety. The food here is of restaurant quality, but as a result it is expensive.

Recently had our daughters birthday party here. I am giving 5 stars purely based on our host Gwen. She was fantastic, very caring and on top of things. The party ran smoothly thanks to her, and I didnt have to worry about a thing - she helped to decorate the room when my mind went blank on what to do with the decorations! Kids loved the food (fries, nuggets, burgers) and the drinks were quick to be refilled. Would book again based on Gwen's customer service and friendly attitude alone. Thank you Gwen!

Best play center but the rule about shoes is a bit annoying. Employees must also take off their shoes. Rules for everyone

A nice and clear playground for toddlers and kids. I have visited here on weekdays only so far, but here is a good place for them to play

Brought my little one who is 15 months old.
Entry fee was $14.50, we spent around nearly 2 hours at the Playcentre.
My daughter had an absolute blast of a time.
The playground areas were all super clean.
Tables and chairs were also very clean, as well as the high chairs.
Cafe worker, unfortunately didn’t get his name, customer service was lovely and knew all the options as my daughter does have a mango allergy.
Food come out very quickly and was delicious.
Bathrooms and change areas were clean.
Different areas allowing children of all ages to play. Love that my daughter will grow to be able to use all areas of the playground.

Our visit was on a weekday so it wasn’t so busy and was great for my daughter to get around without being balled over or holding her hand or carrying her everywhere.
We did travel 40mins to get to the Playcentre and will definitely travel the distance again.
Was great to see all other parent watching and actually playing with their little ones as most Playcentres I’ve been to my daughter has been hurt due to unsupervised children.

Overall will definitely bring my daughter back.

I love that everyone needs to remove their shoes before going in.
No more wandering adults in the toddlers play area wearing their shoes.

The place itself is super cute. Separate areas for the little ones and bigger kids.

Food is really good as well. Ordered 2 adult meals and 2 kids meal and all came out great!

Parking a bit tricky. It shares a parking space with a shopping complex and can get really crowded.

Had my daughters birthday party here in my honest opinion it wasn’t worth what I paid felt like a lot of the time we were forgotten about by host everything was given last minute also the room wasn’t even cleaned properly before we got there had leftover food on the ground table was dirty if your going to charge so much at least clean the room

Horrible play Center, extremely overcrowded with no crowd limit, was a total mess and unsafe for smaller kids under 5 as big kids all over the place running and pushing and causing chaos. My kid avoided most games because they were completely overtaken by masses of bigger kids. And why ask adults to remove shoes at entry while staff kept their shoes on made no sense. Clearly the motive is maximum profit not creating a fun and safe environment

We left after 30 minutes and we saw others also who came with us leave even earlier. Never returning here

Sadly it has become overpriced, overcrowded and dangerous. We loved Rabbithole, but after my daughter's birthday party this last weekend, we won't be back unfortunately. It was utter chaos, had to be over capacity, areas that were so unsafe with flooring that people were tripping on and kids just jumping all over each other everywhere you looked. I am sure if you go in off-peak times, it wouldn't be as bad, but I wouldn't suggest going on a weekend with small children, and I would suggest having a think about how enjoyable you are hoping your child's party will be there. We booked the Fly room, which has a heap of hazards right near the entry so kids and adults just constantly tripped over. The party was so rushed and stressful, and although they say that room is suitable for up to 20 kids, it really isn't. Once all the kids and their accompanying parent/carer is in there, there is nowhere to move at all. I have provided feedback to them, and would like to think they could take it on board, as it really used to be somewhere we loved, which is why we booked the party there.

Staff are not very accommodating and this place needs to put a capacity limit on weekends. I came here before time 30 mins. She said if I get in now and they will close for clean up, I can not get back again because I already get in.

Beautiful space, love the unique design. The reason I came to do a review is I am thankful for the delicious vegan food options. Tried the vegan pizza today it was so yum. I also love the healthy option of food for my child. Mealbox with a sandwich and fruit salad. Fresh juices and smoothies too. All the staff today were so friendly and looked happy to be there. Love this, will be back.

When you have 8-12 year olds throwing balls in the ball pit, it creates a dangerous atmosphere for others around. I have been here for an hour and have seen multiple crying kids due to being hit. Sadly the parents of the ones throwing the ball are no where to be scene. The immersive playground itself is one of the better places I and my daughter have been to.
