Excellent stay, clean and comfortable.
Perfect location for what was needed with access to food and transport

I have stayed at Quest Cheltenham regularly over the last 12 months and every visit is consistently of a high standard. Check in is a breeze, the rooms are spacious and always clean and fresh.
The location is ideal, with restaurants and public transport all in walking distance.

My wife and I have stayed several times at Quest Cheltenham, when visiting family in the area. The location suits us, and is handy to suburban rail and to Southland Shopping Centre.

Their one-bedroom apartments are comfortably furnished, and are well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. We have always found them spotlessly clean and well maintained.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and responsive when needed. I am happy to recommend this establishment.

Good.motel.stayed there for a week with work. Rooms bed comfortable has lots of options for chargebacks and secure carport. Will stay again.

Room smaller than expected but clean. Be aware of well over priced bar snacks and drinks in room.

Excellent accommodation experience at Quest Cheltenham. Location is absolutely fabulous right in the heart of bayside, with everything you need on the doorstep. Spoilt for choice, surrounded by numerous cafes, and restaurants. With large spacious apartments well equipped for long stays. Customer services was brilliant the team are clearly passionate about providing a memorable experience. Looking forward to my next stay!

Conveniently located near great golf courses: The Victoria club and Royal Melbourne. Clean and good sized rooms with good facilities. Quality of dryers in them laundry is poor.

Great room with all necessary amenities. Fantastic helpful happy staff. Close to restaurants and coffee shops, Supermarkets and walking distance to very large mall. Complimentary access to local gym.

I have stayed at Quest Cheltenham several times when traveling for work, and every stay has been wonderful. The team at Quest are so friendly, car parking is easy, there are great local eateries and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. It can feel isolating traveling solo but I feel very at-home at Quest and highly recommend staying here!

I booked and paid for our accommodation 7 months prior to the golf event (also husband’s 50th birthday) only to have the hotel cancel our booking 2 months out so another guest can stay longer. All other suitable accommodation close to event is gone.
Poor form on Quest Cheltenham’s part.

Receptionist was nasty, extremely rude and talks in a condescending manner.

They should not hire such rude people who come for holidays and expect a good experience, they should move her on and hire somebody new, with good social customer service skills.

Thankyou Nikki for your personal response to the one problem we had with an otherwise lovely stay at Quest last week. Because of recent surgery I have a problem with the shower over the bath situation and with hindsight should have asked about this when booking. As you explained you have other appartments with a walk in shower. We will definitely be back in the future. It may be worth considering installing some grab rails as this makes it easier and safer for most people. Not a really large expense. Thanks again. Look forward to our next stay. Anne and Terry. Absolutely 5 star! Fabulous property in a great location with amazing staff.

The reception staff (Serena and Carla) are warm, caring, compassionate professionals with a very healthy streak of efficiency. The crews that clean and maintain the property do a fantastic job and are a always a pleasure to bump into in the hallways.

The Quest Cheltenham is in a great location. It is close to the rail transit system (4 min walk from the 3rd floor), numerous golf courses, fabulous local eateries, and a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to the beach!

The owners of the property Nikki and Mark do a fantastic job of making everyone feel welcome and have gone over and above to make my stay (82 nights and counting) as pleasant as possible.

For the sake of context I have worked away from home for 234 of the past 365 days staying in a diverse range of accommodations on 3 separate continents. I look forward to the remainder of my stay and look forward to hopefully staying here again next season.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Close to everything we needed, public transport, and restaurants.
The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed.

Both toilets in their two bedroom apartment were not working and couldn't be flushed, their shower head comes off the moment you touch it, their ac and heater does not work and despite communicating this to staff there was no compassion and no other suitable room to be transferred into as apparently their system was down and they did not have wifi in other rooms. It is never okay to have any paying guest in a room with toilets that do not flush and no ac or heating despite being told it was just a glitch with the remote. To add to this staff are careless as they are overworked and they do not have enough staff on nor the competence to handle such situations. Do not recommend anyone to stay here! The place is falling apart!

Great hotel, friendly staff! This particular quest is all about customer service and Nikki and team went out of there way to ensure we were looked after and had a great experience of the local culinary delights! Highly recommend and look forward to staying when I’m in town again!

We have not arrived yet, but already this hotel deserves a 1 start review. They have a reception that only opens up until 5pm. Because of that they want pre-payment form filled in (2 pages), drivers licence and credit card details and signatures and COVID digital Certificates. 30 minutes of my life wasted to gather all of that (thank goodness I actually OWN a scanner) and then I have to email them enough information for any hacker to do a job on me with identity theft. I will never stay with QUEST again.anywhere.and think I used to be club member, disgraceful way to treat potential customers.

It truly has been a pleasure staying in the Quest Serviced Apartments! Staff (thanks to Serena on reception!) are so kind & very helpful, the whole place is clean & so well maintained. Not only that, its close to transport (Cheltenham Station) Westfield Shopping Centre & fast food places. As well as a Foodworks, bottle shop & a huge variety of restaurants, shops & services right outside the entrance! I just want to say, during the terrible wind storm Oct 29, the roof tore off my family's rental, destroying most of our things. The rest was then ruined by the asbestos in the roof & walls (that we were unaware of) that eventually blanketed it all. Luckily we found Dan at Chelsea Council. His hard work got us Crisis Accomm at Quest (& so much more, thanks Dan!) Also many thanks to all the other wonderful people helping us - we really are so very grateful.

Great Service. Very friendly, courteous and professional.
Very responsive to our requests. Good quality apartments. Facilities are great. Very clean. Can't hear other guests. Great sound isolation.
The apartment is very well maintained. Cafes just 1 minute walk away. Restaurants also 1 minute walking distance. Walking access to public transport and Southland Shopping Centre.
