The staff are fantastic - everytime I have been, everyone has been in a good mood which makes the vibe
Great selection of beers including craft, conventional, sours and low or no ABV
Food is great (burger specials on Tuesdays)

Friendly, it has a big multi screen to watch sports. Definitely call in again.
Rooms I can't rate, haven't stayed.

Good food and variety of selection to choose from the menu. Although the food portion is a lot for me to eat it all.

We had a great meal, and the service was awesome. Prices were reasonable and fair. Would recommend.

Lovely ambience and a good-value diverse menu. I enjoyed the beef brisket burger with bacon, caramelised onion, chips and aioli.

Came here for lunch the other day with friends. Service was great, the staff were friendly, food was amazing and wasn't bad in prices.

Bar and wait staff were very friendly and helpful to non-locals. Food was fine and the place was clean and seemed well kept.

We stumbled across this hotel while on holidays in Bendigo.
Amazing meals. We loved it so much we went back 2 days later.
The menu and drinks variety, prices, and quality of food is second to none!

My meal was certainly not as good as it sounded on the menu, I had to ask for the sauce, the meat was dry and potato gratin was under cooked and just edible.

Arrived at the hotel for dinner to be told all inside seating was booked out, Ask about outside dining it wasn't a problem. When I went inside to order they told me some people had left & would I like to sit inside instead. They organised the table for me, the 2 ladies on duty were lovely & helpful.
The meal was great steak cooked the way I like. The Hotel was great place to dine.
Would recommend it to anyone travelling through Bendigo looking for good food & service to check it out

Was made to feel ostracised by asking for a proper glass as tumblers ad pots was all they supply! Demeaning comment fm bartender say" sorry love just a pub nothing to complicated abut us" then food arrived looked good but we'll done steak pure gristle ad tasteless lasagne frozen chips just poor quality. Not recommended.

Great value! $21 lunch - Slow cooked Lamb Shank plus free drink! We'll be back real soon!

Called in to use their toilet and had a beer to thank them in the bare with a great open fire and a nice atmosphere
Thanks for the use of your amenities we will go for a meal in such a cosy place

Also I came here another time and had the best steak, it was my Lock Screen for a week because I was so in love with it.

We were running late to order anything anywhere in town. These guys were more than happy to let us order over the phone before the kitchen closed. Meals and service were absolutely lovely! Thankyou very very much!

Lots of gf options and coeliac friendly and understanding. Chicken risotto was great! Very quick with meals.

Fantastic food, great pub atmosphere and friendly staff. Meals were average prices. I had the pulled pork pie, peas and mash potato. I have never had this anywhere before. It was tasty and enjoyable. We liked the place so much we booked for the following night of our trip. Even being Monday evening i am glad we booked, as the pub was pretty busy. Definitely a good find this place.

Had a short stop over travelling through bendigo. Ordered a mid strength ale in a can. The name eludes me but it was fantastic, thank you bar staff for the suggestion. I enjoyed a Medium/rare porterhouse with a salad. Just a pleasant meal and drink overall. The staff were very friendly. An I look to return on a more popular night to enjoy social drinks. Very intriguing premises. Great stuff.
