Q Barbeque / Tex Mex

We ordered a platter for 2 to pick up at 6pm and although had to wait 15 minutes, the mild annoyance was soon forgotten when we arrived at home and opened the box. Generous serve of fries, great tasting sausages, delicious pulled pork. In my opinion the brisket needed a little bit more fat. Will definitely add QBBQ as a recurrent meal in our calendar.

Absolutely fantastic food. I had to go twice in a short space of time even though I normally don't eat out that much. Staff are very friendly and accomedating.

It might take a while to get your food ready but its worth it. Their foods too good for the price.

Tried for the first time today. Super friendly service, delicious food! We got a platter for 2, the brisket is the best I’ve had out! The sausage also was really good! Wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese a bit too runny and bland but the quality of bbq (which really is the main event!) more than makes up for it. The only thing missing from the platter that would really complete it is some pickles! Also some USA drinks options (dr pepper) would be a nice addition. Definitely will be back!

This place is beatiful and I hope that it continues to do very well as I am thrilled to be local. The wings are crazy good with a bonus of house cheap they are. Corn ribs are clever. Short rib was perfectly smoked and the double burger was surprising as I generally am not into burgers.
The mac n cheese could do with cheesier tweaking and creaming up maybe and I am sure the wait times will improve as well.

Hands down the best bbq I've had. The meats just breakapart with a touch of the fork and the flavours are so fulfilling and juicy. Chips are so crisp and the salad pairs so well with it

Their barbeque has been slow cook for at least 16hrs. They have a great selection of high quality meat platters, smashed burgers, snack packs that can cater as an individual or as a share platter.

Definitely something worth going back to. Great ambience.

Delicious slow cooked BBQ, juicy and a bit spicy, accompanied by excellent BBQ sauce and refreshing coleslaw. Tried the brisket and pork ribs which were great but the pulled pork is a winner for me. Good smoked wings and yummy corn ribs. Boxes are generous and most items are good value for money. Well recommended!

Good vibe, RnB playing in the background. Great service, but food took a bit long and by the time we started eating, it was already cold. The pork ribs was nice but a bit dry and the meat didn't fall off the bone or soft enough to easily get to the meat, but it was tasty.

Food was ok although more on the cold side by time it was served. Organisation & prioritisation of orders are lacking, pre order and book a time slot & still over 45mins late with no communication even after trying to ask multiple times.
Get it was busy but if you are going to advertise for pre booked platters paid for days in advance I can not understand how these are not given priority & churned out on time. They are pre booked you know what is required & what time. The amount of uber orders being collected while I waited in the cold was crazy.
You have a kitchen food is coming from why would couldn't make the platters in there & leave the truck for Uber & walk up orders.

The food is good, but if you prepared to wait then worst of try.the wait is long as the kitchen is a-bit disorganised (not enough chef), Because kitchen is in a separate place from the restaurant (food truck kitchen) Again the food is satisfying, I think the kitchen should be inside restaurant instead of outside it is more efficient and safe for staffs and good hygiene.

Excellent range of bbq choices and a few surprises.
Tried the corn ribs, was amazed with them.
Wings are always juicy, ribs and brisket are rich with great bark.

Worth checking out.

If you have been craving woodfired smoked craft barbeque, you are going to love Q Barbeque as much as we did! There is a mix of indoor and outdoor dining and their kitchen is based from a food-truck. It has an awesome vibe, with all the extra frills for comfort dining with the family. The crew are extremely friendly and keen to look after you and the food is absolutely delish! We ordered their Q Family Platter and added a side of Mac & 3 Cheese. The whole platter was an absolute winner for us. We can’t wait to return!

To ever think there be a smoke BBQ place in springvale is a surprise but goodness, it was packed with people which was so good to see. Would love to try their platter but had to suffice with their brisket and chips since it was a shorter wait time (due to people waiting on orders and how busy it is)

Anyway I'm pleased with the brisket and chips. Won't be the last time I'm gonna turn up ere

Food is excellent but we drive straight past the door & on to Moorabin because the smokehouse there let's you select meats by the 100 grams. We don't always want what this place offers in it's packs. Be great if we could choose what to buy per 100 grams. Would save us driving 15 mins more too.

Its sunday, I am having delicious pulled pork with red wine. What a pair.but I gotta wait until thursday to get have again. Highly appreciate if you guys open all week.

Ordered in via Ubereats due to lockdown.
Food was great! The ribs fell off the bone, the wings nice and smoky; sauce is good without being overly powering ie either too sweet or acidic or thick that you find in a lot of other 'smokehouse'. Mac and cheese was alright, can skip but overall, will be back for sure.

Great food and service, Jon was really helpful with my order request and everything was done with ease. A great local BBQ place for me to keep coming back to!

Really enjoyed the sausage with chips. Sausage i could taste the meat fully.

A new place thats opened up around the area. Good to support the local business.
