Came here at 15: 27 on a Sunday to eat, and it was closed.
We were annoyed because the food looks good, and we were hangry! Ended up going to the Mulgrave site which was less than 1km away, you could practically walk there.
Please update your hours!

The food is awesome. Unfortunately there seems to always be something missing when our order arrives. Last night it was both serves of slaw.my wife would also like to request more desserts on the menu like key lime pie. Edit (3 weeks later) - once again we order as we love the food and the pulled pork my MIL ordered is actually pork ribs which she can't eat as the sauce is spicy. The worst thing is when we report it as wrong on uber, the restaurant suffers due to the refund policy.: (

A friend said to try it out & I really really liked the food. Great service, food came out really quickly after ordering & well priced. I will definitely be going back & highly recommend trying it out!

Horrible service. 0/10 won’t come back again. Ordered $80 online, delayed by 20+ mins and treated so poorly by the counter girl. Take your money somewhere else.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure everything was taken care of. You can order from your table or at the counter which is nice and convenient. I’d recommend getting a share platter for two or even for one as the individual items can be a bit pricey but the share platters are huge and are so amazing! Overall I had a pretty good experience here

We were really excited to check out this venue as we’re huge fans of barbecue. With the reviews we expected an amazing dinner and while there was a massive amount of food, it was all cold and lacked flavour. I had a couple bites of each item and nothing stood out. My partner agreed so unfortunately we won’t be back again, bummer

Absolutely loved the brisket and the loaded fries. If you want meat that melts in your mouth then definitely visit this place. Only downside no alcohol as yet so was a bit disappointed however they are looking to rectify that.

Really good Smoked brisket (Tender, Juicy and flavoursome), we had the burger with the brisket and it is to die for! The brisket itself was melting in my mouth and it had a really good smoked flavour, definitely I will be back even though I live in Werribee.

Saturday was such a lovely day for a bbq outside, sipping on local craft beers while taking in all the delicious juicy delights at @qbarbequeaus under the umbrellas, with a food truck festival vibe. Platters of slow & low wood fire smoked craft barbeque and burgers were among this Saturday's lunch.

But first let us introduce you to the 'Potaco', where a potato cake is used as a taco shell! Paired with brisket it's the dream! A great pairing of flavours and textures, the first thing you should order.

The platters were a meat lovers heaven. We got some custom platters but they have a few different ones, include a platter for one, which is not often done. Everything we tried was so juicy, full of flavour and delicious.

If you're in a burger mood, they have those too! Featuring the same cuts, but sandwiched in a bun. Being Smash burgers they're extra crispy on the outside but still moist within.

Our favorite were the potaco, and that beautiful brisket. Absolutely will return soon! Tip - Bring wet wipes, this is a hands on experience.

The Q-Springvale food truck location has both indoor and outdoor seating, though check their open hours, open for dinner Fri-Sun at the moment.
Q-Mulgrave is across the road/huge intersection, open all day Wed-Sun.

Meat platter for 2, potaco, burger. All great. Came out quickly. My kids, 9 & 6 can’t wait to go back for round 2. Best brisket I’ve had. Burger fantastic. Potaco a really good concept albeit a little heavy but still delicious.

We came here after seeing the potacos on social media. The potacos are great, a little on the greasy side but very flavoursome and right up my alley! The potato taco shell was a great twist. We also got the family platter, and it was so so. One thing we noticed when arriving was the lack of smokey bbq smell. There is a food truck parked outside, which is where I assume the food is assembled. I say assembled because the pulled pork and brisket were cold/warm and a tad dry, so I assume it has been cooked offsite and then reheated when ordered. The 2 burgers were good but seemed more like a filler to balance the amount of meat in the platter.

I would definitely go for the potacos

What a gem you got to try this place out. And the staff? On point. Friendly and efficient

I got catfished into coming here. Food looks nothing like the pictures. Chips weren't seasoned at all. Meat was dry and rubbery. I ordered a sauce which never came. Told the waiter my sauce was missing, he said he'd come back with it but forgot about it 30 seconds later. I doubt I'll ever come here again.

Wagyu Burgers and corn are top-notch. Reasonably-priced. Great people running the shop. Ordered through the website, and it was pretty easy to navigate and order from there.

Order was a bit slow, but the food is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend

And the staff’s so generous. I highly recommend. Some of the best burgers I’ve ever had in Melbourne.

Good but inconsistent with food quality. Have gotten similar orders here three times, twice amazing and once everything tasted different and rushed.

Would recommend ordering from here earlier in the week, rather than a Friday.

The feed for two is a pretty good deal and if the cooks aren't super under the pump I'd heartily recommend it.

Pick up order for 6: 45pm, didn’t receive my food until 7: 30, taking on way to many orders for their little food truck, employees standing in front of the order station causing confusion, need to slow down and take care of customers.

Excellent experience. Uber eats buggered up our delivery but Q Barbeque were amazing, fixed the issue and were completely awesome about it. Food was delicious and arrived fresh. Highly recommend.
