If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited an hour and a half for our order just to have it cancelled by the restaurant. I understand it may have been a busy day but for them to wait so long to cancel is just horrible customer service. Would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.

Absolute appalling service. Ordered at 6 via uber eats and was told 80 minutes and agreed and after 80 minutes ordered that cancelled.
Absolutely utterly terrible service.

I ordered online via Door dash and Worst experience with Tandoori roti. All are burned and fully black, taste like a charcoal.you can see in pics.

Ordered chicken tikka tonight. Very good presented and very flavourful. Thanks chef for doing a wonderfull job. They are best in everything on menu. I tried a-lot from them. Highly recommend.

Worse experience i had from this resturant i ordered a big order one of the item i ordered chicken-do-piaza and they send me paneer -do- piaza and i ordered tandoori rotis which looked like tawa roti and when i called them about this one of the girl there said me you ordered one chapati we will pay the uber service charge and roti price by cash but when the food arrived there was only chicken do piaza i spend more $ for their comfort because they were not able to send someone to deliver food which is the irresponisble behivour by staff and if staff is not trained well don’t let them to take order …

We ordered on Uber and only and hour later did they come back and tell us that the order was cancelled, if I could give zero stars I would have because this is unacceptable.

Staff is really rude to the customers like they are serving food for free (specially the girl at front who takes order) food is good but needa improve the service

Yesterday I came from sydney for deliveries in victoria.i ordered amritsari kulcha chhole through uber eats. But the food i got is tasteless. I have not made food at home in my life. But i can bet i can make better than u guys. There is no option for 0 star. Otherwise i shall give it.

Hosted my bday dinner with my colleagues and everyone was so happy with everything. The food was delicious, staff friendly and the overall experience was great. This place is the must visit place if you enjoy great food with great prices

Last night, I organised dinner with my colleagues. We were 8 person with two kids. My experience here was disgusting because customer service was worst. I was so embarrassed bcoz we have to say one thing at least 2-3 times after that we got it on table. They don’t have anything to eat for kids like. Staff doesn’t care about customer on table what they need. With us two person are pure vegetarian and girl served non - vegetarian food without telling on table. Staff was rude, careless, tired. This place not good for big dinner plans.

I came in for dinner with my family on 10/1 and first of all our order came wrong and then we waited 30 mins for our naans between meals which was not delightful and runied our meal experience. Very poor customer service.extremely disappointing

Chicken piece in dal makhni. Although, asked three to four times about authenticity of pure vegetarian food and was given full assurance. Just a warning for someone who is pure vegetarian.

Ordered daal tadka, all I found in this was a lot of garlic. Quality of this restaurant is going down day by day. I was a regular customer of this but I don't think I'll ever visit here.

Great food, authentic Indian taste. Better than the lot you get in Clayton. Decent price and quantity. Recommended.

About one hour after ordering food, the waitress shamelessly told us that the order had been lost, and they needed us to place the order again. Very irresponsible and careless frontline person. Every part of our restaurant experience was bad - they also forgot to give us menus, had to request them for the same. They also made us wait for a long time, to set up a table for us. Wouldn't go to this place again. Food was average.

Best place to visit if you want to eat best Indian food in Melbourne. Loved the vibe of the place the food was so delicious. And the front staff is so nice and welcoming. Great customer service. Simply loved the experience. Definitely going to visit again soon

Ordered tandoori stuffed parathas on doordash but received plain tawa parathas with no stuffing and was charged the same cost.
