Pt. Leo Estate reviews
71An extremely good response after a mistake fulfilling an on line order. Instant ownership and immediate amazing response has meant I am absolutely a customer for life. The product is delicious and the service is first class
PT. LEO ESTATE AT HOME. From the ease of ordering Pt Leo Estate "Favourites for 2 @$190" INCLUDING WINE.to the lovely young lady who delivered it- to the quality and ease in which the prep was, to the taste.ahhhh the taste! STUNNING!
We were fortunate to eat at Laura a couple of months ago, in between lockdowns, AND THIS was almost as good as that.albeit we weren't there, we were at home. Do yourself a favour- for this price- out of this world! We even ordered immediately after our food, another order for our sister!
Food was incredible. The pork and beef were stand outs and desserts were amazing. Special shout out to our new best friend Ollie who made our whole experience so awesome! He recommended the perfect wines for our meals and was happy and friendly and warm. Pat was also a wealth of knowledge in the wine tastings! Yum thanks!
Our section waiter, Laurence and team were absolutely fantastic.
Keen eye for details, attentive, considerate and went above and beyond for our group.
Thank you for making such an effort for our 30th birthday occasion. I only heard positive feedback from our guests and know we will be back!
A delightful experience, good food, excellent service & beautiful scenery. However, menu had no price listed & food was pricey. Great place to visit for special occasion.
I love this place. Thankyou to the amazing staff for again curating the most incredible experience.
Recently celebrated my 30th there that my partner had organised and we had a big window seat table and the meal as usual was outstanding.
The wine matched was beautiful and although the wine tasting had finished, the sommelier opened it back up for us to try their estate wines.
The dessert was second to none and decorated beautifully.
Ended up having a beautiful birthday dinner and even left purchasing one of the 2017 pinot's.
One of my favorites and of course I'll be back.
To put it simply Pt Leo estate is a must visit winery for anyone spending time in Mornington. Even if you don't have time to sit down and dine at one of their two amazing restaurants.
Their sculpture garden is amazing value for a $10 entry ticket. My partner and I grabbed a glass of Pinot Gris and went for a leisurely stroll taking in the winter sunshine and rare beautiful weather.
The architecture here is simply breathtaking, interior layout a whole new level and we simply loved all the attention to detail that was paid to just about everything.
Absolutely loved our visit and will be back to dine at Laura next chance we get!
Absolutely gorgeous and glamorous. Pricey but worth every cent. The food is to die for and pinot gris was my favourite. Staff were the highlight, so polite and efficient, 5 star service. Perfect place for that special event
We had lunch at the Laura fine dining restaurant, the experience was nothing short of exceptional! There were 10 of us, we had the 8 course menu over about 4 hours I believe, as you would expect the quality of the food was top notch and service was up there with the best if not the best I've experienced. The staff were brilliant, very professional, very well practiced whilst also friendly (not pretentious). My wife was pregnant so asked if she could have her meal well cooked, the waiter was brilliant he straight away offered alternative suggestions to the other courses too that were not suitable before my wife had even realised it. We don't often do this level of fine dining but the experience was very enjoyable and will be memorable for sure. We will come back again and try the other dining experience in the future. We forgot to take photos of some of the courses and my photos were pretty bad they don't do most of them justice.
Although the staff were friendly the food in the cafe was over priced and poor quality with a very limited range.
This Place Is spectacular, the building, the garden and the outdoor sculptures exhibition. They have 2 restaurants with tasting dishes, but they were fully booked, so we went to the third in which they do not accept reservations, in this one the menu seemed very limited, six or seven salads, two different types of hamburgers and a meat dish. This was my only criticism of a place that otherwise has almost no equal
Wine tasting at Pt Leo Estate
Their wines are stellar and the view that comes with it was just spectacular - you get a glimpse of the sculpture park and the ocean as you try the wine
I recommend to make this an early stop because by the time we finished our wine tasting plus a walk in the sculpture park, the place was packed.
PS loved Leanne she was so lovely when she hosted our wine tasting. It’s too bad we didn’t get a picture as we were leaving.
A memorable dining experience with original dishes and thoughtful wine pairings. The staff had great knowledge. A beautiful setting.
Stunning surrounds matched by terrific lunch and wines.this really is a beautiful location, the entrance, sculpture, grandeur and view make u feel that this could be the best of the Mediterranean, but right here.food was equally as strong.carrot soufflé would not be a dish u would order, let alone rave about.snapper was cooked superbly with an XO and macadamia sauce that was balanced, touch of exotic and morish.kids meals were welcomed with quality and price pitched appropriately.wines and local beers was the icing on this lunch time cake.thanks for making us feel welcome.
I can’t speak highly enough of our complete experience dining at Point Leo Estate today. From the time we walked in the door, to the stunning views, to the friendly, knowledgeable staff, the beautiful table and table service, our wine recommendations, to every single bite of every dish. Our entire experience was superb.
Wooow, such a woooow.
Great wine and incredible place.
Love it and highly recommend it.
An amazing restaurant with great views
. Food was good but not amazing.goats cheese tart looked amazing but as per previous comment carrot soufle.tasted amazing but presentation with chunks of carrots missed the mark.
Didn't try food which looks like a nice sitting as wines were boring. Staff not friendly, no atmosphere or buzz around wine tasting. Handed over $10 each and left in 5mins as the wines to taste were of new vines and had a poor taste on the pallet.
Had lunch here and was pleasantly surprised by the volume and quality of the food we received. We had the beetroot pancake, whiting en croute, steak and dory in mushroom XO sauce. The whiting was the high light in my partner’s opinion. I personally loved everything. The beetroot pancake was so fluffy and so full of beetroot flavour. The size of my dory was great and the sauce was very fragrant. Service was excellent throughout and the vibe was very relaxed yet elegant.
We finished the meal with coffee which came in cute pottery cups but taste was just ok like most dine dining restaurants.
Overall this is a great restaurant, would definitely recommend.
Sculpture walk is a really nice walk, feels like an outdoor art gallery with views of the ocean.
