I visited here yesterday.
Atmosphere and reception staff were good.
But one waitress made us feel disappointed.
I ordered 2 glasses of wine using QR code outside.
One waitress brought 2 glasses to us.
She just approached to us and placed glasses on the table without any explanation.
I ordered a glass of white wine. But she just put a glass of red wine in front of me and left.

The service is appalling. Ordered our food at 2.05pm. They told us 50min wait for food. Other tables arrived 20mins later and ordered food. They received their food and we still haven’t received our food.

Worst service ever!

Spectacular place to dine! You can see views of the sculpture park and the coast from your table!

And oh boy the place is very grand and well kept.

Infinitely many photo opportunities. You can spend a good 2-3 hours just walking around.

The food was pretty good but not mind-blowing. I especially liked the entree of buratta cheese with chorizo.

The lamb and eye fillet steak are really tender and flavourful, but nothing spectacular.

Perfect place to relax, spend time with your loved ones and just slow down the pace of life.

Beautiful setting, excellent service and good food.
Allow some time before or after your meal to explore the wonderful sculpture park.

We fined dined at LAURA at Pt. LEO estate over Christmas with their 8- course degustation menu. Service & food was impeccable! A truely fine dining experience! Staff were prompt and came around whenever we needed, clearly explained each dish that arrived. They were professional, pleasant & welcoming.
Do remember there are TWO restaurants here at Pt. LEO ESTATE. You need to walk by the normal one (normally with families and crying kids as its very noisy especially during lunchtime!) To enter Laura, which is much more serene & a peaceful setting to dine and enjoy while admiring the views of the landscape grounds.
The ingredients were truely local and in between fishes there was a palette dish refresher that worked well to clear the previous dish tastebuds. We were provided with an envelope to place our face masks in, such a wonderful idea as sometimes u have no idea where to place your mask while dining out!

Laura at Pt. LEO ESTATE was such a pleasant experience!

Such a delicious luncheon and incredible view. The food was a superb blend of flavours, complimented by the Estate's own sparkling wine and Pinot Noir. A meal to remember.

I can’t comment on the food as my partner and I just stopped in for a glass of wine prior to lunch elsewhere, but the wine is wonderful and the views are spectacular. Well worth a visit.

From the moment you step through the front doors to the time you leave the service all round was exceptional. Smiles all around and friendly staff who were attentive and on the ball. Had the Two course set menu consisting of the Angus beef fillet, chargrilled chicken and for dessert the ganache and cheese selection. Came with a side of salad and we added the potatoes. All of which was amazing.

The sculpture park, while we only spent a little bit of time in it due to the rain is an excellent spot to walk off your lunch. There are a couple of different paths to take ranging from 30 to 90mins.

Great spot and a very aesthetically pleasing place to be around. Would come back again in a flash.

First time here, was not disappointed. 4 of us had the $110 menu. Food was amazing. Presentation and flavour were of high standard. The $5 a pop oyster was a tag small. The outdoor sculpture gallery was full of surprises and worth the $10 entry fee. Overall, a real fantastic experience.

We have just received our first delivery from Pt Leo estate, all I can say is Wow, what a lovely presentation and the amount of food, including a lovely bottle of wine with it. Due to the shut down and I used a voucher, would certainly order out again,

In between lockdowns we did the 8 course menu at lunch with a couple of extras. Exxy but well worth it if you are after some fine dining whilst down that way. 2 dishes were 'ok', but all the others were awesome, best eating we've had in ages. Nice wait staff, gave good advice. The crayfish was good but not in our top 4 dishes, we thought the snapper was better. Loved the desserts. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Decent winery but didn't live up to expectations. The whole experience felt very commercialised and for the wine tastings you are only given knowledge through written notes. Tasting staff attend to too many people to provide much personalisation. The wines itself are not amazing but still good. Does have a nice view with outdoor sculpture garden.

Award winning Pt Leo Estate has got to be one of my favourite wineries to dine at so far. The stunning main dining room is classy yet humble and is open for lunch or dinner. You also get to enjoy spectacular views of their 50-acre vineyard and 19-acre sculpture park.

Their contemporary a la carte menu celebrates seasonal and local produce enjoyed over 2 or 3 courses. Pricing is $75/$95 which is quite honest and competitive to other wineries in the region.

We were wowed by every dish, the menu is faultless and not a single crumb was left on our plates. I couldn’t even pick a favourite dish for you it was THAT good. The most unique dish for me was the carrot soufflé, I was hesitant at first but I knew I 100% made the right decision after my first bite. The curry sauce married so well with the perfectly cooked steak and the Pork Belly a wonderful balance of sweet and savoury.

Service was elite, professional yet down to earth, the restaurant serves well for both casual and special occasion dining. We will 100% be back each time there is a new menu on offer, and gave us the confidence that their more refined and luxurious restaurant @laurarestaurant would be worth trying some time.

Currently during lockdown your can order Pt Leo at Home for pickup or delivery within the Mornington Peninsula and selected south-eastern suburbs. See website for details.

Lunch at Laura - Sunday afternoon

Was honestly a magical lunch. The people were so nice and attentive and knowledgeable, the location was amazing and was honestly one of the best meals we've ever had. Surprising and delightful menu choices. This is our happy place and we never regret a single dollar spent on such excellence.
