We got to know Steve and his team at Profile Doors about 14 years ago when embarking on a renovation of our Edwardian home. Workmanship of double-hung windows and cedar doors over this time has always been of the highest quality. You can trust the job to be done properly.

We recently had our 1930's Art Deco french doors replaced by Profile Doors Leadlighting after they had been damaged. Steve was able to not only replicate the original design but replace with higher quality doors (wood and leadlights) crafted and fitted to absolute perfection. Steve did an incredible job and has been very helpful throughout the whole process. Very happy with our new front doors!

I recently had new colonial doors installed by Profile doors. Steve attended quoted and we arranged a day for the job to be done, it was done on time and exceptionally well. A couple of weeks later, we had an issue with one of the flush bolts on one of the doors. I went up and spoke to Steve, we made a time for Monday morning, he came fixed the issue, no problem. My experience with Steve and the team at Profile doors has been great. I will certainly use them again.

I am a new customer after hearing good things about this company but my experience with them has been appalling. They were quick to quote and asked for half the deposit and 10mths later I am still waiting for my window to be installed and the return of my stain glass. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Calls are never returned, and I get nothing except empty promises. Steve and Kevin - please understand that I have been more than reasonably patient with all the delays and excuses - but enough already! Either complete the job or give me back my money and my stain glass.

We have been waiting for a quote for 3 months now. 3 appointments and never showed up.each time I chase them they are full of apologies THEN AGAIN no show. Can you believe it? !? ! No quote, no show, not even a call back. I’m confused how do these people do business like this? ! Checking their reviews everyone says the same thing. Although I dodged a bullet as others had paid a deposit THEN no show to instal. They treat their time more valuable than their customers.

I contacted Profile Doors after approaching a number of other suppliers to make some custom sliding doors to close off an open plan area in a 15 year old Metricon home. Every other supplier I contacted (including some major door suppliers), all promised to provide solutions, quotes and service but failed miserably and did not even give a quote and most not even a call back. I then had the pleasure of meeting Kevin from profile doors. He was professional, punctual and really took the time to understand what we wanted.

On install day, Steve and Kevin and the team arrived with a brilliant set of doors of high quality and the installation went perfectly.

If you need doors or windows I cannot recommend Profile Doors highly enough. Thanks guys our client is extremely happy with the finished product and so are we!

I am sorry to have to write this but I am so frustrated with this company's after sales service. I purchased 2 front doors some years ago at a considerable expense and they now needed some adjustment. I kept leaving messages with my enquiry and on two occasions was advised that they would call the next day with a time they would attend. They never did. I am extremely disappointed because my initial business was great but it is pretty bad now. I hope they read this and pick up their customer service. At the very least return calls or emails and don't make comments or promises they cant keep.

I had some leadlight windows made and they look great. BUT it took multiple phone calls and follow ups after paying the deposit before anything was done. They were meant to also replace a small glass panel at the same time as installing the leadlights but it didn't get done on the day. 5 weeks, 4 appointments where nobody bothered to show up or call and many, many phone calls later I've had to give up and pay someone else to do it. Really disappointing.

Really recommend this business. Owner is very friendly, reliable, and skilled at his craft. Pleasant experience!

These guys won’t return calls. They won’t pick up the phone half the time. They put in an order with a manufacturer and didn’t follow up. I still haven’t received the doors after 6 weeks

Absolutely fantastic service. All staff very friendly. Changed sash ropes for numerous windows that are almost 100 years old.great job! Well done guys Highly recommend.
