I ordered two beautiful custom made French doors Steve and John did such a beautiful job at making them and installing them communication was great and they were both so helpful at deciding on the best way to install them they matched the profile of existing doors in my house

We recently had a Profile Door made and it has completely enhanced our home. Steve and Andrew did an amazing job bringing our door and leadlight design to life. Quality product and installed with the utmost skill and care.

Seemed ok at the start, I sent a photo of my damaged lead light door and then quoted the job and sent an invoice but it was all downhill from there. Paid the deposit and then couldn’t get in contact with anyone. They organised to come out to my house to do the job twice (after I followed up consistently) so I organised to be home from work… they never turned up. Over 10 phone calls never returned… I thought I had been scammed. Would not recommend.

From start to finish it was excellent service! Steve and the team made every stage effortless from choosing of the leadlight design (you can literally choose anything you want) to the installation. The door is not standard it’s built specifically for your home.
All at half the price of three other competitors.

We ordered a front door with double glazing 7 months ago & were told 6-8 weeks to install. Many calls, emails & texts went unanswered. When pressured, the door was installed after 5 months & the glass promised within 6-8 weeks.we’re still waiting & many more attempts at contact have gone unanswered. The door is great, but zero customer service.

Extremely happy with our custom made double doors installed by Steve today! We were able to chose each element of the door to be exactly how we wanted, nothing was too difficult for him to accomodate. The lead light also is fantastic- we had an idea and he drew it up and made it better, and then helped choose the right glass for each section. They make a big positive difference to the look of our house. The installation was also spot on, despite our old house with less than straight walls. I highly recommend profile doors!

Emails not responded to, phone calls not answered, dropped in to discuss our (simple) job face-to-face, found the storefront closed and was fobbed off by the carpenters in the workshop with empty promises to respond to my messages. Pretty disappointing service. Look elsewhere.

What a fabulous Job Steve has done on the design, construction and lead light of my new door. I was consulted with throughout the process from the start to the end product. The lead light was so professionally made that a number of people in the area have commented on the statement the door and Lead light has made to the house.
I cannot recommend Steve highly enough.

29years ago in 1993 the team provided me with a front door with lead light and lead light for the fan window above it. The price must have been reasonable because we were in the Keating recession we had to have and I had very little money. I could not have been happier. I own a good solid front door with beautifully designed lead light in the door a matching work of art above it all of it obviously the work of talented, dedicated craftsmen. The door always welcomed me home and I was always pleased that it was there.

In 2003 life had moved on and a tenant stole the lead light from the fan window above the door so I took one of the panels from the door and of course went back to Profile who made me another lead light for above the door it was made quickly, beautifully at a reasonable price. I put it all back together and still loved it.

It is 2022 life has moved on again and l am back in my house in Northcote. I am redecorating and have discovered that some of the glass had become a little loose in its lead frame as a result of 30 years of banging I also want to replace some of the timber moulding. I have of course gone back to Profile Doors. I can not give a better recommendation.

Highly recommend profile doors for anyone who is in the market for a new door. Purchase to install time was very quick, very competitive price and the team made it very easy. Thanks!

Pathetic Service! Multiple calls made and never returned. Arranged for a quote at a time that suited them, early morning.they never showed up! No apology made.said they forgot! Have since found same products at much cheaper prices. If you want to deal with useless tradies and useless service then this is the business for you!

Steve was great - very responsive with a quote and install date, and the custom made entry doors (using existing lead light) look brilliant. We are very satisfied.

Great to work with on the design and we are very happy with the result. Would recommend to anyone looking for new doors.
