Pro Wellness Medical, Dental, Allied Health, and Medical Specialists

Should be renamed "Pro-taking advantage of vulnerable patients". Charged me $250 for less than 20 minutes of their time and tried to charge me over $1800 for some other sessions in house that I explained I was provided for free elsewhere. DO NOT VISIT unless you have more money than sense.

Absolutely appalling. Dr Rocco was rude and unhelpful in dealing with a not unusual ear condition that requires doctor prescribed medication. I was astonished that he seemed to have no knowledge of medication that I have routinely been prescribed for many years by many different doctors and specialists.

Presented with a laceration to the thumb and limited movement, Dr Habibi dressed it and told me it will heal. After a week with no improvement I sought a second opinion which resulted in a rushed referral to a plastic surgeon and later surgery for a severed tendon that would never have healed on it's own.

Getting a prescription updated for an ongoing ailment (8 years). Doctor (Rocco) provided the update. I go to the pharmacy and learn that he hasn't given me any repeats, so instead of 6 months worth of medication like every other doctor gives, I've been given 1 months worth. The helpful staff said "No surprise, this happens a lot with Rocco". Be careful.

I have been a patient of Dr Hbibi for number of years, his care, patience and analyses over medical needs of a patient is exceptional. I have also had several appointments with Pro Wellness dental and have always left the place happy and satisfied.

I've been a patient of Dr Habibi for over a decade and have always been impressed with his medical knowledge and extensive experience. I trust and believe that he genuinely cares about and wants his patients to be physically and emotionally healthy.

Certainly room for improvement, nothing the patient says should be overlooked or ignored - even if complain of chronic fatigue.you do the right thing and refer to specialist. The clinicians need to display more eagerness and attentiveness and thoroughness particularly to those suffering long term health issues

This has been honestly one of the best medical experiences that I have encountered. Dr Habibi is very attentive, patient and explains everything in grate depth. I have so much faith in him as a medical profession and as an individual who cares about his patients health and well being. It takes me under an hour to get to Pro Wellness however every minute of that is well worth it. Dr Habibi is exemplary and his quality of care should set the benchmark for other health professionals.

No wonder you can get in so easily - no one goes there! Male doctors aren't friendly or welcoming and don't seem to care about you or your concerns. They give you a script and look at you and wait for you to get up and leave. Didn't introduce himself, asked two questions, ignored my chit chatter and less than 15 minutes cost me $80! Never again.

Dr Habibi is a fantastic Doctor. We all see him as a family. Thank you Dr Habibi for helping us.

Not clear about costs up front and was charged 300 dollars for a 30 minute GP consult and B12 shot. Up selling very evident. Expertise is there quite possibly but do not trust Drs that put financial objectives first! Won't be returning.

I have been attending this Centre in Bay St Port Melbourne for many years as I have followed my GP Dr. Rocco Schiavone. The staff are always very helpful and I feel very comfortable and very confident in Dr Schiavone. I live approx 35 km away from this surgery but I am happy to travel that distance to see a Doctor that I have trusted for more than 25 years. I thoroughly recommend Pro Wellness Medical Centre in Bay St Port Melbourne.

I cannot speak highly enough about Doctor Rocco Schiavone. He is thorough, caring and professional. I have been a patient of his for over 20 years. Just recently i forgot some medication whilst on an interstate trip and was able to contact Dr Rocco who faxed the scripts to the pharmacy closest to me within 30 minutes. Thats service and care! Thanks Doc.

Dr Habibi is the best can't speak for anyone else at this point but I've shopped around and it's the best I've found

Appointments routinely start late (even by Australian GP standards), scripts are made out without refills to ensure you need to return, often billed for longer sessions regardless of time spent with the doctor and there is a definite 'money first, patient second' feeling. I won't be going back.
