Dr. Habibi is the BEST GP I have ever encountered. He understands preventative medicine and has an unparalleled depth of knowledge. He's been my GP for 9yrs and I owe him my life. Thank you Dr. Habibi.

This is an absolute terrible medical centre! I was charged $85.00 to receive test results over the phone! My husband went to have some sun spots off that were detected at a work place skin exam. The doctor was abrupt with a poor attitude and unwilling to listen. He then told my husband he didn’t need them off and questioned the qualifications of the government approved person doing the exam. He then tried to get him to have a blood test with no valid explanation ‍️$85.00 dollars. For what? Thank you. They get 1 star because they were open.

Cannot recommend this clinic and Dr. Habibi and staff highly enough, Dr. Habibi helped me navigate my health from a a life of pain and discomfort to genuine healing. Dr. Habibi's integrative approach to care is what I needed to help me overcome debilitating chronic fatigue and other health issues. When I struggled with my mental health he was on top of it, getting me help immediately. He helped me to balanced my hormones. Most recently I caught COVID. The clinic sent over some medications to my house that day, and Dr. Habibi phoned daily to check on my status. Once I was able to go into the clinic I was well taken care of with a much needed IV and essentials to get me back on my feet faster. I usually do not write reviews, but I feel so fortunate to have better health and want to share the experience. If you are looking for a physician is committed to improving your health, spends time really listening, and uses multiple integrative approaches I highly recommend Dr. Habibi and staff.

He diagnosed my husband with sleep apnia whereas he had stage four lung cancer and died a few weeks later.

Doctor Habibi has been caring, thoughtful and very helpful. He has answered all my questions regarding my care and medications and has helped me understand the outcomes we are headed for. Thank you doctor!

Very unprofessional. Seem to be interested in $ and nothing else. Service poor, patient forms poor. And they forgot my appointment. Surely you’d notice that?

My doctor sent through detailed information on pain management because they can offer cannabis.

I ring to make an appointment.
Told I must pay $500 for first appointment, then $200+ for 2nd follow up. I am asked “are you HAPPY with that? ” Well, no, I’m not but I have no choice do I. Ask me if that’s affordable. Ask me if I accept those charges.
So feel a bit put off. I say yes and make an appointment time for 11am the following week. In the meantime I get a stomach bug so I ring to change to a phone appointment at that time.

So now I need to fill out forms.
They are duly sent. I find the forms awkward. And I am not happy to be asked for all my medical information to be sent. There is no need. And it says I am not obligated to do so. So I send back the other forms.
I find an hour later I’ve missed 4 calls from them and there’s one message. I call them.
“Hello. It’s (my name) here. “
“How can I help you? ”
“Well, you’ve rung me 4 times”.
“ What is your name? ” I repeat it.
“We’ve got your forms and the details are on system. We will ring you just before the call”?
I take that to mean they will call prior to 11am.

I then listen to the 101message. “Hello. Ummm. Oh. Oh. Ummmm. Ahhhh. Mmm. ” Hang up.

I then wait 2 hours for a call that never comes. Eventually I think the Dr can’t be that behind.
So I ring.
“ hello. What is your name. ” I give it
“So how can I help you? ”
“Well I had an 11am appointment. ”
“Oh. What is your name? ” I say it again
“Umm, hang on.oh the doctor can see you now if you pay $500. ”
To which I respond “ You left me waiting for 2 hours. You are so unprofessional. No. We are done. “.

Very disappointed. I am a medical professional. I called on behalf of a very concerned Father, who lives near your clinic, who is seeking overnight support at home for his child recently home from a mental healthy facility. I spoke with a nurse at this Pro Wellness clinic who had no interest in helping. All she kept saying was "we don't offer that service here". She could offer no suggestions and showed no interest in helping me find an alternate service.

May I suggest that the people we speak with have some options available to offer callers who are looking for help or direction. I understand you cannot offer all areas of support, but an offer of some helpful information would be reassuring and, at least, show that you care.

Dr. Habibi was unnecessarily thorough with a minor health issue. He prescribed me nature path pills and told me I needed to take them for the rest of my life and I could only get them from his clinic. When I questioned whether I could keep up with taking these pills once a day for the rest of my life and asked if there were other ways to manage such as changing my diet he told me that I needed to take them, they were my "life line. " Either I take them or come in for an injection once a month.

I went to get a second opinion and got my blood tests sent to a second doctor. They confirmed my belief that the pills were not necessary and that I would live a perfectly normal life (as I had been) with the health condition that I have without any interference.

I would not go back to Dr. Habibi. I did not feel that I was given a fair and moral service and I would advise others to be wary of this practice.

It is hardly one will come across a doctor that not only has great knowledge in medicine but also treat you like family member.
Doctor Habibi makes you welcome and give such attention that you will leave The Clinic much better than entering it.
Call it good energy or trust that things will be better and healed.
To me healing happens on different levels medication and treatment is definitely the main part. But also it is the good energy and trust that comes from your doctor.
Speaking for Dr Soroush Habibi. He is one in a million for me.
I know him for years when I see him it is like all will be good soon.
Maybe sound old fashion.but that works for me.

Very impressive diagnosis from Dr. S Habibi with all the consultation I've had. It may seem a bit pricey but for as long as it gives me my peace of mind and very accessible. The opsite spray Dr Habibi sprayed on my CS cut after he removed the tegaderm really made me confident about my healing. My last checkup was about my thumb injury and all his recommened thumb support and therapy works for me. The team of nurses were very accommodating and have sincere duty of care. They never missed a vein for any of my bloodtest. The facility is neat too. Thank you Pro Wellness Medical for looking after me and my partner for the past 3 years!

Dr Habibi is a very caring doctor. He addressed my all medical issues. I would see him again as I’m happy with the service. Also, the staff are so friendly.

I have been seeing Dr Habbibi for at least 6 months now. AND in the world of GP’s, he’s a genius! His knowledge of medicine, men’s & women’s health, integrative medicines, vitamin infusions, specifically to ones blood test results. Dr Habbibi strives for ultimate health, has amazing knowledge. I’ve referred so many people to him who also love the practice.he definitely does cost more BUT the clock isn’t ticking, he listens for as long as it takes to hear the patient, and you’ll walk away with an answer, a referral or a path to ultimate health. I have been going to this medical centre for many years, professional Doctors, no charge. I highly recommend this practice.

This place is an absolute money scam! The doctor is not there to help, he is there to rip you off. They dont give you item numbers so you cant claim back on your health fund, and the whole consultation is about money and more ways to charge you more. Do not go here. Its a petty excuse for a practice.

I've been seeing Dr Habibi and the team for the last year and couldn't be happier. The last 10 years has seen me deal with a chronic health condition all prior GP's were either unwilling or unable to assist with. After working with the team i feel i now have a life back.

Dr Habibi saved my life in 2014. I still visit him in Port Melbourne and find he has the time, is very professional and listens with a calm demeanour. He and the nursing staff are very caring and I highly recommend him. Each visit is well worth the financial investment in my health.

I have been a patient of Dr Habibi for more than 15 years. I have always found him and his staff to be professional, understanding and caring. Also seen Dr Pham for specialist treatment.
I have had IV treatment on a regular basis and would highly recommend these clinic on my experiences.

Went here to get an IV iron infusion and B12 shot.all up it cost me over $600. Never going there again.
