One of my favourite gamestores so far, staff are friendly, helpful, not stingy with money (I used my card to pay for the board game library and they only charged me $1 and didn't try to make me pay $2), and know what there talking about.

When I go I get one of those really good drinks (can never remember the name but DAAAAAMN THEIR GOOD!) and bring my own game or play one of theirs.

Edit - staff have refunded for an order that never arrived (an issue entirely out of thier control) without question. All the staff I have spoken to have been great. My qualm was not with the staff particularly and I thank them for being so gracious with a refund. My quiet suggestion however guys - try and update people when things like this happen. I was so worried that I'd lost money as I only ever got a response when I wrote to you. I know it might not be possible, but please consider it.
Thankyou for being so prompt in refunding my money, and for being polite and political, even when I was frustrated.

What an amazing group of people and amazing service both in person and online. I hosted a DBZ tournament and recommend anyone who needs cards to buy them here. The go the extra mile and even go as far as calling you up to double check your order if there is something that doesn't look right.cannot sing these people praises enough. Twice in a row I have come to the store with open wallet and the 2 young guys working there were rude and unhelpful. Not a good store for Warhammer hobbyists. Melton games store is much better.

My friends and I used to love coming here but due to multiple tournaments where we weren't treated unfairly and the rudeness of some staff I have to recommend not coming here. They have a relatively small selection of boardgames and computers but a lot of tables for card game tournaments. Their board games and booster packs they have for sale are overpriced, you can pick them up for cheaper in the city.

Huge store however not a lot of stock, the place seems mostly dedicated to the cafe and gaming space. Do not expect speedy/good service. I'd assume they were understaffed but to be quite frank neither of the staff here are in any sort of hurry to serve customers. Waited nearly 20 minutes at the counter to even be acknowledged, let alone offer assistance or process a sale. Waited for over an hour so far for the plate of chips we ordered to arrive. Extremely poor service, and have given me no reason to spend any money here or return.

Shop staff are very helpful and treat everyone with respect whether you are a 7 yr old beginner or 20+ yr old gamer. Great venue. Good food.

I have been coming to this store for months now. I play as much Magic the Gathering as i can. I truly believe that this is the best game store I have been to.

First of all, Eman (owner), is the best. He's super friendly. He always tries to say hi to everyone and ask them how they're doing even when he is busy managing the place. I believe he looks after not just the store's best interest but also the different communities best interest. He also knows how to hire great staff. Everyone that works here is awesome.

Secondly, the physical place is just unreal. You have so much room! Plenty of tables to play Magic, yugioh, dragon ball, and other tcgs. There is also space for DnD and other table top games which they have plenty in store. The shop has so much going on. A pool table, a pin ball machine. They also serve really good food in their cafe!

Last but not least, their facilities are great. Always clean. With hands free lights as well! Also, free parking!

Honestly. I can't say enough good things about this store. I only wish I lived closer! I highly recommend checking this place out!
