Pro Gamers and Collectables

Been to a fair few gaming stores during my life. Pro Gamers and collectables ranks a little above average.
Pro's 1, Nice big area for those who like to game at their store and 2, a good selection of products. Staff are knowledgably and helpful if approached. 3. Good online store.relatively easy to navigate. Not as slick as say Lotus Vault, but does the job.
And the cons. 1. Hit with a wave of Body Odour when walking in on Thurs/Fri night. Not pleasant at all. From the gamers, not the staff. 2. Staff pretty much ignore you when you enter.a simple "hey mate, how's things? If ya need any help, just ask" would make newer customers feel welcomed. We are not looking for hard sell, just to be made to feel welcomed.

rude and arrogant. You need to lift your 'game' as a business. Meanwhile it's out there that your shop provides sub standard service to customers in all the online trading shops.

Great place to chill on a friday night, run by great staff, especially that handsome fella named Corey

First time going inside instead of waiting outside with a sleeping baby while hubby and my oldest go in and omg I'm definitely going back

Dropped in to get a magic single while I was in the area, great experience.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a huge collection of singles as well as a good variety of other stuff. The atmosphere was nice too, lots of natural light and no weird smell.
I noticed some tables with people playing board games as well as tcg card games.
I'm just sad it's not close to where I live so I can provide them with more business!

Great place to order singles. Haven't been there in person yet but the staff there are always ready to help with my questions and requests. Highly recommend!

Pop vinyls are sun damaged and a bit damaged squished.but not discounted at all? Avoid buying them.

Service is a greeting as you come in.but that's all no conversation they are having as staff is less important than you expect no more service or help after that greeting.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Asked relevant questions to gauge my needs and provided great advice. Reasonably priced with an amazing range of products.

I finally had the pleasure of visiting the store in person and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a great range of sleeves, binders and other card accessories, as well as plenty of booster packs + boxes for Magic The Gathering, Pokemon and just about any other Trading Card game you can think of. I'm looking forward to returning with my Son to check out one of their events. I love the idea of this store.

I was trading in my cards when one of the people who worked there who was looking at the condition and then damaged the card handing it back to me saying the condition was bad the condtion was pretty bad but i looked at all of the cards before and the card that he bent while holding it didn't have a crease in it before. It wasn't a particularly valuable card so i didn't really care that much but not impressed.
Though Corey was really nice so corey 10/10.

Great place that I found online to get the cards I wanted. All my cards were neatly pack and sealed in an enveloped. Can't wait to buy more.

Incredible, helpful, and friendly staff

I came to PGS when I first wished to get into MTG and the staff members were so helpful, they taught me the rules, introduced me to a group of people playing the exact format I wished to play and encouraged me to continue coming even though I was nervous.

I now come here at least once a week, for MTG and One Piece.

They run tournaments almost daily, have an amazing snack and drink selection and are just all around lovely and inviting people.

10/10 shop, will continue to frequent for many years to come. <3

Called the store and spoke to Corey after I had an issue with my order, he was an absolute legend! Helped me sort my order out and was very informative along the way.

Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments every Friday night always has friendly players and staff. Not much negativity and events here are beginner friendly. A great place to start doing tournaments such as Yu-Gi-Oh for fun or competitive for beginners or for veteran players.

This place also sells single cards so you can always search their website for the one card that you are looking for. You can also sell your cards to them if they are looking for one for store credit (which is usually more) or for cash (which is usually less).

Fun and banter and almost no negative experiences from my visits here.

One of the absolute best Game Stores I've ever had the pleasure of going to. The team there are fantastic, they will always go above and beyond to give you the best possible service everytime. I always feel welcome when I walk through the doors as there is never a dull moment as the team there enjoy having a good chat and laugh and no matter how busy they might be they will always take the time to greet you and see if you need any help. There is a massive variety of products available for purchase from TCG singles all the way to big boardgames and more! All of them are competitively and fairly priced. Not to mention they have a nice range of snacks, drinks and treats available to keep you going in those intense Commander games!

Positively 10/10 in every aspect of their business!

Nice little store to grab some essentials and huge card selection. Nice little gaming area. Sadly a little out of the way from my normal location but if you're in the area then be sure to stop in.

THE store to buy card singles from - plenty of stock at a fair price. Whenever I've had an issue with an online order it's been sorted with a quick phone call. Will continue to spend my money here first.
