Worst Experience Ever! I should have read all the reviews before allowing this incompetent company to look after my settlements. I too was recommended to use Pro Choice - zero communication, rude staff, not lodging important documents on time which lead to us not settling on time and paying penalties. Will never recommend this company unless you want extra stress on top of selling/buying, then use these guys.

Do not use this company! I was recommended by a friend so i thought id try them out. Extremely poor communication, felt like they never cared about anything and i had to be the one asking THEM what was happening all the time! NO message or anything on day of settlement. They had no idea what they were doing. Half the time they couldn't even answer my questions or even be bothered to answer the phone. I will never use this company when i buy another house ever again. Please be warned.

Highly recommend Donna and the team. As a first home buyer I was assigned Lisa as my conveyancer and she was amazing. Made the whole process stress free and was so responsive to all my questions. Great service at a reasonable price compared to others.

The worst company I have ever delt with. I wouldn't ever suggest this company for use. I was yelled at over the phone for asking a question and was so upset with how I was being treated I cried. Not good enough.

Recently refinanced my home and required conveyancing services. Was referred to Pro Choice by a friend. My experience unlike some of the others below was fantastic, paperwork ready to go when I walked in, was given clear instructions as all the documents were completed. Steph and Donna liaised with bank very well so there was no errors and express posted everything on the day. Will be using Pro Choice for all future work, friendly and helpful staff all round.

My wife and I sold our investment property using Pro Choice Conveyancing and Steph was the most professional, hard working and reliable conveyancer we have ever come across buying and selling homes. While we've used solicitors for our other sales/purchases, they didn't offer the same degree of attention to detail as Steph. The $800 fee offered the best value during the whole process. If selling or buying, do yourself a favour and call Pro Choice Conveyancing and ask for Steph. We can't recommend her highly enough.
