Very unhappy with service unprofessional and very slow to act on instructions. Tried to provide a legal response when didn’t understand the settlement conditions. Caused more stress for such a straight forward transfer of title. Then was rude in emails. Would advise never use this company in particular Donna the Director. Also charged well above the recommended costings for the service.
