Great cosy place for fresh and tasty pasta. I've wanted to visit for a while now and finally got the chance. Pasta was very nice and the sauce was tasty. Definitely will be back

I can't explain how horrible this place is in words.

People out the back of the store in the alleyway smoking weed by the store entrance, ordered the calamari and prawns, instead they must have thought I was a dog because the take away container was full of uncooked calamari and cut off shrimp heads on a bed of soggy, warm rocket. $14 for that.really guys, it's 2021.

Edit: after seeing your response, clearly your business is in denial, people were standing at the back of your store in the alleyway with the store door open with people coming in and out to smoke.

Saying the calamari and prawns aren't done takeaway because they need to be eaten straight away isn't an excuse for filling a cardboard box full of raw calamari and only the heads of the shrimp, who TF eats crunchy shrimp heads, that's not what was written down for sale.you sold them to me for takeaway, I live 2 doors down, the food was eaten immediately, I just had no interested in eating in your establishment from the drug use clearly going on.

Take responsibility, if the food wasn't meant to be like that then you have an employee who thinks it's funny to serve garbage to people and steal their money, the customer is always right is a state of mind in hospitality, based on your reply, you think all I am is a liar, someone call Ramsay, maybe he can scream reality into your heads.

Absolutely disgusting, if I see or smell drug use going on again at your store, I will call the authorities.

Little hidden treasure! Delicious food (the duck pasta special was off the charts delicious) and the staff very attentive. Would definitely come back.

Had pasta and gnocchi with tiramisu. Amazing fresh quality food. Serving sizes were perfect, not to big and not too small.

Sometimes I surprised myself and actually enjoyed those salads, very well balance, just needing a bit more mozzarella, thank you.

Food was amazing, 6 of us had a combination of pizza, pasta & salads & we were all impressed-the Fig salad was just scrumptious!
The service & our Waitress was also impressive. Would definately go back.

Best pizza we've had in a long time. Staff were super friendly. We arrived 30 minutes before closing time but they were still happy to accommodate us. Will definitely be back.

It’s rare to find a place that caters to both young and older crowds, because Melbourne’S food scene is a mix of people searching for newness and those searching for tradition. This restaurant provided exceptional food and cocktails, alongside swift and welcoming service for all!

You know, this is — excuse me — a damn fine slice of pizza! … Now, I like my pizza dairy free. I know, don't tell me; cheese is king, but I'm lactose intolerant. The Lamborghini pizza, thiccc and juicy. The extra virgin olive oil, sweet and balanced. That's great. And I'll have a chinotto, just as long as those myrtle leaved oranges…are freshly squeezed.

Food was not bad but I called up and made a booking. Then when I turned up they didn’t know about my booking which was embarrassing. Won’t be going back to this place. The staff should actually write down when people make bookings

Amazing food, service and intimate atmosphere. Plenty of vegan, gf, and vegetarian options, plus the seafood pasta is to die for

Should have been 5 Stars, but a billing issue, not picked up at the register soured the movie night experience.
The specials board outside said $6.00 Schooners. I referred to the special Schooners whilst ordering our pizzas and dessert.
A few days later about to dispose of the receipt and guess what? Schooners charged at $10.00 each.

Had the Emilio delivered as part of a family order. Crust nice enough but topping sparse at the price. Don't know why they bothered with the three mussels as none were edible. Prised open the shells to find only dried out fibrous residue inside. Thankfully other family members fared better with their choices so not a total disaster.

We absolutely love Primo! Pretty much order it every weekend during Iso. The food is incredible, always fresh and delicious. Our favourite is the Lamborghini Pizza. They have incredible service, staff is always friendly, food is always quick and ready on time and they have a great atmosphere and vibes. Highly Recommend!

Magico pizza is my favourite pizza ever. And I eat A LOT of pizza! Amazing flavour. Also love the chicken carbonara and the Westgarth pizza. So so good!

We visited this restaurant before covid-19 hit. The salads & pizza were spot on. Friendly staff were accommodating. Will be getting take away today, the only way I can get this great tasting pizza until restrictions are lifted.

Just to be upfront, I know some of the people who work at Primo.
Had takeaway delivered last night: two pizzas and a fig, prosciutto & rocket salad. It was hot, fresh, delicious and on time (35 minutes on a Friday night!)

We've been here 3 times, and we have been delighted with each visit. The staff are happy to help with anything, and the food is downright delicious. If you have not tried Primo, you're really missing out.

Very average pizza, lacking flavour, far too much cheese, really wouldn't know what you were eating, other cheese and something with no taste.

Heckin delish pizza and pasta. I eat all the things, but my favs are the vegetarian & vegan pizzas (westgarth & louie!), and the gnocchi is so saucy you could drink it like a soup - delicious, delicious soup.
