Primary Dental Ballarat

As is normal I went off to the dentist with some fear and trepidation. I had not been to the surgery for years and so I also had to put my trust in a ‘new team’.
Well the reception lady was lovely, polite and courteous. The doctor was (in my opinion) at the top of his game, as was the nurse. Everything was explained to me, and my options were detailed. Following a pain free procedure, I had it all explained via the xrays.
I have to go back for a couple of follow up procedures, and while I can’t exactly say I’m looking forward to it, I have no hesitation in retuning for the follow up.
I highly recommend this surgery and thank them for their help reliving me of the pain I was in.

Gary Rodkin is the best dentist I have had. He understands my anxiety regarding my dentist appointments and is gentle and always checks how I am feeling. All the team there is friendly and kind.

Professional and friendly. Kept me totally informed all the time during the procedure. The dentist was always conscious of whether or not I was in pain or discomfort. The extraction was 100% successful with no complications. I would recommend this clinic with confidence.

Dr Rodkin is the best dentist I’ve ever had, in over 50 years: the most thorough and the most gentle. And he and his team are very friendly too! Strongly recommended.

My 6 year old had an appointment with Kinni and Dr Arora, and we could not be happier with their work. Bedside manner was fantastic and highly professional. My daughter was very anxious about her appointment as she was there for tooth pain, but these ladies put her at ease so quickly. They discussed our treatment options, explaining the pros and cons in a way that was easily understandable, and also took the extra care to explain to my child what they were doing. Extremely pleased with their work.

Fantastic, my 10 year old son has always been very anxious before a dental check-up. After his last 2 appointments, my boy walked out with a smile on his face

Service is excellent, everyone is kind and joyful, and it makes going to the dentist nice. They also use a tasty teeth cleaning product, which is nice.

Dr Richa.is a true professional- her warm nature, sense of compassion & understanding, completely enhances her ability to treat her patients in a comfortable, safe & non-judgemental way.

Her tolerance for the difficulties her patients may have during treatments- portrays her as a dentist who truly cares for her patients wellbeing, therefore enabling patients to feel comfortable around her & the resulting advice &/or suggestions she offers in terms of treatment.

I’ve said it once & I will say it again. If more dentists were like Dr. Richa, people wouldn’t be afraid of dentists anymore. She is truly one of a kind -10/10.

Dr Arora is fantastic. She is absolutely fantastic with children. My son has a disability and she is very understanding about his needs. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Have loved the service at Primary Dental Ballarat. Dr Rafah is so lovely, and so good at what she does! The reception staff are friendly and approachable.

Dr Rafah is a lovely dentist. Professional, kind and works very hard to make me feel safe, informed and respected. Not an easy task for someone who has dentist-caused ptsd from horrid experience as a very young child.
But all of the staff are lovely to deal with, and go the extra mile to help. Saturday appointments are another bonus, as is the ability to pay with Afterpay. They have thought about how expensive this can be and really have met the needs of their customers.

Great experience today. I am a very nervous patient and was put totally at ease from the moment I sat down. So much so I've made another appointment.
