Excellent practice. Dr Richa and her receptionist (sorry I didn't catch her name) are noticeably some of the most kind, caring and informative people I've met, making a usually nerve-wracking time as pleasant an experience as you can have at the Dentist. Very impressed, definitely recommend.

I'd stayed away from dentists for the last few years after a bad experience but Dr Raju is incredible and has given me back faith in going to the dentist. She is so amazing, very thorough and straightforward with what was needed and she was going to do and did an incredible job. Honestly can't recommend enough!

Hoping it was just due to being understaffed but I won't be going back, long wait, then rushed as much as possible - I won't go into too much detail but it was not a good experience.

That was as good as a dentist gets! Had a filling come out. Booked in online, the process was excellent. Rachit and his staff are very friendly, helpful and considerate. He was gentle, fixed my tooth (I needed a root canal) so there will be more visits and I look forward to getting to the final stage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist! The price is very reasonable as well….

The team at Primary Dental are always great. My family and I have been coming here since we moved to Ballarat. They always take time to explain your procedure, treatment options, timeframes and they are always very welcoming. They genuinely care. I strongly recommend them.

After 10 years of not seeing a dentist and the constant fear from horror stories, I finally bit the bullet and booked in for an appointment with Dr Arora. She was so lovely and understanding. She made sure that I was always in the know on what was happening and why. There was a great sense of care that came from her, she stop immediately when I raised my hand and she was very compassionate whilst waiting for the numbing to set in. I have absolutely no fear of returning to her again, a new standard has been set from her. Brilliant!

So professional and competent in giving information for the best course of outcome. Really patient centred practice. Staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. They were also upfront with the costs. Highly recommend!
