Priceline Pharmacy Bourke St West

We got our COVID-19 booster shots here and pharmacist Nam and the female assistant (or another pharmacist) at the pharmacy counter were exceptionally good! They were extremely professional, polite, friendly, caring, thorough and approachable. I didn’t even feel the needle going into my arm. It was that smooth and quick. Highly recommend this particular Priceline branch to get your COVID-19 vaccine. A big thank you to pharmacist Nam and his assistant.

The pharmacist has to be the best I've ever spoken too. He cannot do enough, always has good advice & is just so approachable. He deserves recognition. Every time I go in he's so forthcoming to help without being pushy. Bravo to him

Just received Moderna vaccine today. Thanks Priceline Bourke St west for calling up to notify me yesterday, so I can get my second dose quickly (I got my first dose of Moderna overseas). Pharmacist Nam was very kind and informative making me not so nervous while giving me the vaccine! 5 star pharmacy:)

One of the most idiotic person i have ever seen witrh small hat on head! Selling expired products! Dont trust them.specially the guy with small hatin head

I had a whooping cough and flu vaccine done today here and I could not be more happy with my experience. I felt both comfortable and in good hands. My pharmacist was knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 recommend

Can't answer for their store but Micheal helped me over the phone and was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure I got my medicine delivered to my quarantine hotel. Really went out of his way!

I am very happy with the service provided by pharmacist Michael Tenne. Provided all necessary info and very gentle while giving flu vaccination.

Hands down best Priceline in Melbs. Staff are only too happy to help, or leave you to peruse products (they don't bat an eyelid if you spend an hour choosing the exact, right nail polish shade). Pharmacists that remember my name, and genuinely care about their clients. If good customer service makes your heart skip a beat, they can assist you with your medications for that too

This pharmacy has come a long way! Definitely impressed by their range and service. The pharmacist was kind and caring.

An excellent pharmacy, I was searching for argan oil and the assistant has shown me an excellent one, the morrocan Argan oil, it really was very effective

This Priceline is across the road from my work. The girls that work there you can tell are a little disgruntled due to being yelled at in front of customers (as I have witnessed). The senior pharmacists is very rude and I have seen him throw prescriptions at customers! I walked in the other day and there was nothing on the shelves. There is a gentleman who I believe is the manager who is a creep and has followed me around numerous times and very close. I hope that the head office of Priceline sees this! I will not shop their anymore!

The customer service is appalling, the senior pharmacists are like grumpy old bullies and the younger staff seem to be just surviving.

I was enquiring about the different forms of my medication available, and then the old man chemist seemed shouted out the name of my medication (which is rather sensitive information) and then spoke to me in a condescending manner - I was taken aback by this-

By far the worst Priceline I have ever gone into. There are these two pharmacists here, one called Michael and another older looking man with an unknown name who are unprofessional and rude. The rest of the employees look like they are trying their hardest to be happy but it seems to me and I assume other customers, that Michael and the other older man make it hard for the employees to be happy. They speak in the most condescending way to both customers and employees and it truly just drives you out of the store. This store should be closed down. It has the most negative work environment and terrible professionalism. I can also see why this store is empty most of the time.

Manager Michael was disgusting to my partner and I - don’t know how he’s a “manager” because he is so rude. Hopefully no one ever shops at this Priceline store.

Unhappy Priceline member. I went into the store today in Melbourne and asked about a product that had just been advertised on their website. They didn’t have the product in + suggested I go to the largest store in the city. Rather than walking across town to see if that store carried my desired product, I asked If they might be able to call that store to see if they have the product in stock. They looked at me blankly and said no, they couldn’t call another store, they don’t offer that service.

No smiles, no apologies, no other suggestions or normal customer service basics were offered. I strongly recommend that managers ensure that staff are being polite and offering very basic customer service. Ended up walking to town and went to 2 other Priceline stores, neither of which had the product.

This is the worst Priceline store I have ever been to. I walked in and I had multiple staff hounding me about their 15% off sale, and when I purchased a sponge, the sales clerk overcharged me and made me pay full price.

I spent 15 minutes talking to her and she kept not knowing what she did wrong, another store clerk had to come help me and explained to her how she checked me out incorrectly.

The manager name Michael came out and was really rude. He said that “the sponge is so cheap anyway” and to let it go. If the sponge is so cheap - then refund me the amount I would have saved from the advertised sale? Misleading and deceptive.

He also said that it was a “chore to walk all the way here” to the front just to talk to me.like wow. You’re the manager and you’re being rude, and then you’re saying it’s such a chore to walk a few metres to the front of your store? This is your job.

Big warning to everyone and there’s SO many 1 star reviews from this store - avoid avoid avoid. This store is hurting the Priceline brand.
