Amazing service tbh! I was helped by a pharmacist - couldn't remember her name but i think her initial starts with H! She was very reassuring and help answered my questions and advice me for a brand new medication and did them while reassuring me - my doctor didn't even help me that much: (

Easy place located centrally in the CBD, with onsite Pharmacists who can administer Vaccines. Booking was made online & appointment was kept perfectly on time.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Recommend for anyone looking for a pharmacy in the middle of the CBD.

Great experience at Priceline Pharmacy Bourke Street West, getting my COVID booster. Nam the pharmacist was friendly, informative and thorough. While (briefly) waiting before and after the vaccine, I watched Nam efficiently help a number of people yet also not rush any of them. The pharmacy seems to have customers from diverse economic circumstances and Nam was equally caring and helpful to all. The pharmacy is well set up for vaccinations with separate rooms and everything was clean and organised. Shout out to the assistants there who were also friendly and helpful.

Pharmacists who work here are super nice, my interaction with them was only for a minute, but they explained everything clearly and I could tell they genuinely care for the customers they work with.

I’ve been live in the city for almost 2 years and I every time I get prescriptions I always go to this pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist are friendly and nice. Got my booster and flu vaccine here as well. Since im scared of needle, Michael (if im not mistaken his name) make sure that I don’t feel nervous and pain. It was quick and painless. He’s super helpful with his knowledge.

I got my flu vaccine from here.both the pharmacists i met were lovely.no issues with the injection.the other staff were also helpful and ask if you need assistance

The pharmacist here is really nice and knowledgeable. I work over the road and I’ve started filling my scripts here instead of going to my local pharmacy as I find the service much better. I got my booster shot today and it was easy and quick. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

This Chemist is one of the best I have used and for a very, very long while. The two Pharmacists in particular can’t do enough to assist and also offer very sound advice, their staff too are very helpful. The store is always very clean, neat and tidy. I had reason to visit a chemist on the weekend, this one is closed on weekends, I visited a leading chemist chain’s outlet at the corner of Elizabeth and Bourke Sts. The presentation, from the stairs up off Elizabeth St, adjacent to a non working escalator filthy with rubbish, extended in and around the shop, disorganized, untidy, not very clean and not very helpful staff.

While I have shopped here for many years, there was a time when there was a problem with the rmanagement which is reflected in older posts. This changed with new management and is noted in more recent posts.

Went in here to get my covid booster (pre booked).
Staff were super attentive and friendly at my arrival. Probably didn't need to but brought couple things before the appointment.
Didn't catch the lovely girl name who explained clearly about what hapenso the shot and potential side affects. Nam, the pharmacist did my shot which I didn't feel a thing.
Overall, nice easy experience.

I noticed that all these negative reviews are really old, they should not appear as the first reviews as they are old, out of date and no longer true. My experience is very much in line with the recent reviews which are that this pharmacy is unbelievably good with really great pharmacists and nice staff.

A big shout out to Nam, Michael and the team for making the process of booster shots a breeze. Thank you for fitting me in and for your professionalism.
