28 Not impressed. Paid for 1.2kg of lamb morrocan casserole. Get it home and i have a kilo of bones and not much meat.
Very misleading
Specifically asked for racks of lamb with fat layer in tact. Butcher assured me all in tact. When i opened the bag at home 3 out of 4 had half the fat layer hacked off. Disappointing, won't be back.
Having lunch with my girlfriend at the ramen place and this fat kid runs out from the Butchers and starts yelling about porterhouse steak, I found it very hard to enjoy my meal,
Ordered 2 Turkey's for Christmas. I told exactly how I wanted it. I just wanted deboned Turkeys but ended up with a butterflied Turkeys. The Turkey was a mess. Never ordering another Turkeys from them again.

Awesome meat, awesome service, great range of meats and hot food products. Love their chicken burgers, not a fan of their hamburgers but that is a personal thing my kids however love them. Hubby loves their Tomahawk steak, absolutely delicious.
Bought burger patties from Pretty's prime cut and took it home in clean ice box. I was as socked to see colonies of fungus growing on patties within 1 hour after purchase (even after storing at low temperatures). Lucky we checked patties before cooking. Consuming it would have been disastrous for my pregnant wife. I am very disappointed because staff looked at patties strangely before placing it in bag. I believe he must have noted some thing wrong about those patties and still sold it to us.
We returned product next day to store for warning them of faulty batch and spoke to store manager. He appeared surprised and did not give any explanation. He refunded the payment but indirectly blamed it on us as could not see fungus on other packets. He did not offer any appologies and continued to sell remaining packets, which I believe belonged to same batch.
Store need better quality control and staff training.
