Excellent service by the kitchen staff in preparing the meals for myself and the missus the other Sunday. Master chef service, I say! Highly recommended for your butcher service, as well!

The best pork belly roast.friendly staff except for 1 old lady that refused to slice some pork belly for us and says that pork belly cups are not available when its in front of her.

Great old school quality butcher's, the meat is presented so well I can rarely walk past without something catching my eye.
A big fan of the hot food section love being able to get a pre cooked roast, chicken wings and scalloped potatoes on the way home after shopping and not having to cook dinner that night.
Two thumbs up.

Don't ever buy the lamb rissoles they are revolting and a complete waste of money. Initially cooked too much so when reheated are suitable as cricket balls.

I shop at Prettys butchers at Werribee plaza and have done for the past 6 months and really love the friendly staff and the tasty sausages. Quality is 10/10

The wife purchased the the greasiest, fatiest lamb chops we have ever had and paid a small fortune for them e actually fed them to the dogs, sorry dogs

Love this butcher. A bit pricier but the quality is pretty good. Love their sausage rolls as well too. They also do a variety of hot foods that are ready to go.

Purchased from there quite often and the front staffs are always nice and friendly. Today I asked to cut the chunk of discounted pork belly in 2cm then a butcher told he can cut it for me then he have to charge me in full price.

I went there in very early in the morning so there was no one at the shop. I will NEVER go to butcher who's trying to charge extra for their own job.

Had chicken necks minced for me a month ago with no issues. This time I called and some guy said they don’t mince them. When I said I got it done a few weeks before, he replied with “Well I’ve been here for 14 months.blah blah blah” as in to imply that I was lying. I liked this shop up until now.

Friendly staff but very disappointed at quility.

Mince and steak was dark brown and smells so bad after 2 days of being on fridge.
Spent way to much money in this for this to happen.

Very rude staff. Absolutely no customer service. I have told lady that I need 500 grams lamb each x 3 bags and she said she can't do it. Why not? I have absolutely no idea. Very disappointing I will not come again.

The woman who make the sausage rolls is an angel. They are lovely. I have the chicken ones with me for dinner tonight and I am in heaven.

Meet is good recently we bought a chicken filo it had no flavor and was priced at $5 for such low quality.
