Purchased an item through the affiliated Paw Motorsports website. Emailed a question on Sunday, got a response Monday AM, ordered the item lunchtime Monday with express post and the item arrived Tuesday afternoon. Very professional and helpful customer service, would use their workshop for servicing if I lived in VIC but for now will continue to purchase through their online shop.

Can’t thank raz and his team of well knowledgable mechanics enough for the work on my car. My car came in stock and bland, it didn’t really do it for myself, then I took it to raz and his team for stage 2 and the results speak for itself. An additional 50+ horsepower on a stage 2 tune. My car now feels like it’s my car, feels amazing! Would highly recommend the service this shop provides to anyone who’s after performance upgrades. The work speaks for itself!

Ps. The workshop is state of the art

Had a great experience here. The team were really accommodating and kept me up to date. Cheaper than the dealer but better service.

Prestige is one of the best places in Melbourne for repairs, servicing and tuning. Very knowledgeable people, resourceful and best customer service. Not expensive at all. I got what I paid for, quality. And the best is, you can be confident that your car is in good hands while you get to experience how it all works in a space that is clean, neat and cool. I will go back soon, for sure!

Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Raz, James and the team performed a Stage 1 ECU upgrade on my Audi S4, and on no more than a request by me to 'see what you can do to improve the exhaust note', the car I got back has a completely different sound and huge performance difference. Couldn't be happier.

Money well spent, and my S4 will continue to only ever be serviced by Prestige Auto Works going forward.

For anyone looking to do something to their European car, trust the guys at Prestige Auto Works to look after you.

Disgusting, misogynistic and patronising behaviour from both the receptionist and the mechanics! Absolutely disgusted.
Initially I had taken my car to Prestige to have the soft top roof engine repaired. I was told this would be $6000 which I was happy to pay. My insurer had recommended this mechanic service to me so I had no doubts going in.
However a few months after the fixing of my roof, everytime I put the roof down, the part covering the electrical wiring of the roof fell on my head whilst I was driving. When I took the car back to Prestige, they explained that in the process of fixing my roof engine, they had broken the covering and had simply glued it back on. I demanded a new one which they ordered straight away, however it was a second hand one from ebay. I waited 8 months for this to arrive and cracked it. They then told me that they didnt initially order it from Mini Cooper as it would cost them $1900 and they werent willing to pay at first even though they were the ones who damaged it. I once again got angry and told them that they would pay for a new one from Mini Cooper as I was sick of waiting after 3/4 of a year.
Today I had it put on as it arrived after a week. I was not called to be informed that it was done. Everytime I have gone into this mechanic men have walked in and out of the store receiving their cars, while I have been pushed aside and told to wait 15 minutes to be spoken to (which ends up being 45 minutes).
When my car arrived out the front I went to inspect it and the entire part was misaligned. I was told that it is likely to fall off again and that they would not pay for a new part if it did fall off again even though they are responsible for breaking it. I was then told that I was exaggerating and making up stories when I told them it fell on my head on the Calder Freeway and they laughed in my face when I told them as a law student I know for a fact that they would be liable for negligence if it did fall on my head again.
They proceeded to tell me that since the car was not brand new it wasnt worth anything and when I said if i was selling you this car and the trims looked wonky like this would you buy it? They replied I would never look at this car (a predominantly female driven car). I proceeded to use the example of another car they refused to answer.
When I finally got into my broken car they screamed at me for slamming my own car door.
The receptionist is also rude and arrogant and when i questioned why the trim was the way it was he sarcastically replied "its simple physics. "
As a female I felt unheard, ignored, chastised, mistreated and discriminated against. Totally unprofessional and I will be reporting to all insurance companies and mechanical authorities.

Well equipped workshop it seems. Mercedes auxiliary battery required replacement and elimination of a warning fault re collision prevention assist system inoperative which vehicle was not equipped with.
After being told the workshop was equipped with necessary software, turns out the vehicle was driven to Mercedes Tullamarine Airport for recalls and recoding, software updates.
Cost $1275 regardless of recalls on vehicles being free. Seems taking it directly to Mercedes in the first place would have been quicker and easier and possibly cheaper.
Initially told it was being road tested in lieu of it actually being located with Mercedes.
I'm sure the mechanics are good at what they do, but if you are not able to do the job and only act as a taxi service to the manufacturers dealer for repair, then be honest.

My precious BMW 523i had let me down, again, so was left in the hands of Prestige to sort and rectify the gremlins. They replaced two cheap aftermarket sensors that I had used on the engine with proper quality items. Have been driving every day since I got the beemer back early this week with a suitable smile on my face.
